Thank you AR pest control to solve my bedbugs issue

After reading so many positive reviews, we decided to book AR for our rodent problem - we had both mice and squirrels. Ultimately, our problem was solved but it was a very long, stressful and at times, confusing process. The staff who booked the inspections were very helpful but we found the some of the wildlife technicians who came out to our house were unprofessional at times. Some of them did not believe we had squirrels after showing very evident proof. When they came inside the house, they needed reminders to keep their masks on. Currently, we are still waiting for the final step in the process to be complete after a technician came to our door unannounced to seal off our roof openings - they said they would have the office call us to book the final appointment and that hasn't happened yet. We also had to deal with our squirrel problem after paying for the services, as the squirrels managed to get out from between our floor and into different parts of inside our house, which forced us to catch and release them ourselves. We recognize that there isn't much control there but it's still frustrating to have to do a lot of that work after paying for it. Overall, this experience was rather disappointing.

I called AR Pest control on Friday night because my tenant had reported possible bed bugs. I happened to get Andrew Kollo on the phone. He told me he is the general manager. Andrew advised that he could attend the following morning at 10:30 am. He was prompt and professional and showed up early. He did a thorough inspection of the apartment. He was kind and courteous to the tenants and set there mind at ease. He left his buisiness card and said the tenants or myself could call him from 7 am to 9 pm, seven days a week if we had any further questions, wow thats service. As it turned out it wasn't bed bugs at all just some ants. Andrew's knowledge base was incredible. Kudo's to Andrew. I would highly recommend AR Pest Control.

The AR Pest control team has done winderful work in a highrise which I manage. The building has had an ongoing problem for many years and previous cmpanies have not been effective. AR Pest control has promissed to remain with the building until such time that there building no longer has an issue. The follow up treatments are the difference compaired to other companies. Mouse! I saw one run by and didn't want to see another!! Large retail spaces can be problematic and fairly costly to maintain a pest free environment. Having experienced the high cost associated with a well known industry service provider in a previous location, I was keen on locating a competitive quality local service provider for this now larger space but not wanting to incur significant cost. My online search led me to AR Pest Control and it's been an excellent experience from first contact. From the first phone call to the serviceman appearing on site to carry out the initial investigative site survey which happened very quickly. Maqbool (serviceman) was professional and meticulous in his survey of the property both inside as well as outside. Having completed his survey, he walked me through pointing out all his observations, showed me signs of potential rodent issues (droppings) and pointed out points of entry we weren't even aware were there. Before leaving he placed some bait traps even though we had no contracts signed as he was there for evaluation. Days later we had a visit from Andrew (General Manager), he was polite, professional, and you could tell this wasn't his first rodeo. He listened to the concern we had with our previous service provider and he made what I felt was a very compelling competitive offer and signed a contract. The offer was so good, I requested Andrew provide services for an additional location. Maqbool returned days later with his full arsenal, showed me the spoils of his initial traps and I have not seen signs of a mouse alive or dead since. It has been more than nine (9) months now! Excellent service!! All five stars well deserved!!!

I called many places to quote the removal of racoons from my attic and they were all over prices upwards of $1500. Came across the listing of AR Pest Control and decided to give them a try. They were professional and friendly when attended my call and immediately quoted me a very reasonable price for the labour involved. There was no need for assessment visit like other places which usually uses it as an excuse to tackle on added cost and require a 2nd visit to do the actual job. AR came in as mentioned first time and set the traps in (on same day in my case) then 2 weeks later came in and reinforced the roof sidings. Their quality of work is the same as most places so no need to pay other more for the same amount of work!

I am very happy with the experience I had with PestEnd (from initial contact, to them sending over a technician, to billing during COVID) I called after seeing a number of field mice in my garden, and PestEnd was able to set me up with their technician (Salman Manzoor) immediately and within a few hours he was at my doorstep, ready to take care of the issue. Salman was very well knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and walked me through what I would need to do or what I should be on the lookout for. He also removed a wasp nest on my deck and suggested precautions to take for my family and I for the next 24-48 hours. We recently had Ar Pest Control come to our building to conduct an assessment for a Cockroach infestation in our building, because we had been dealing with this issue for 2 + years. Andrew the General Manager put together a concise pan to perform a complete treatment for the whole building. When the AR team of Technicians arrived they were very nice and very professional. I called them and they came the same day, promptly on time, and did a great job spraying for wasps on our front porch. The technician was friendly and informative. He answered all my questions. We have not had any wasp problems since. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends and will return to them if I ever need to (but I hope I don’t!).

I called around to several different pest control companies before deciding to go with AR Pest Control for a roach issue. While most companies were polite and helpful, what set AR apart was that their customer service was excellent and so was the scheduling. Most companies were giving availability 2+ weeks away but AR I was able to schedule an appointment within 1 business day. Maqbool is the individual who helped initially but when I called about the follow up gel treatment, Andrew was excellent in his explanation and provided multiple different options and offered to get the service completed ASAP. Best of all, my tenants were really pleased with the results and have not seen any roaches after the treatment - hopefully it stays that way lol. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than five stars I would. In one day they were able to: spray inside and out for ants, set up dozens of traps throughout the whole business, set up a custom trap to deal with three groundhogs outside and gave stellar advice on preventative procedures. I should also mention they put together a logbook for the business, electronic and hard copy, and brought their own SOP's so I didn't have to adjust mine or basically do anything. They did it all, and at the end I got a invoice that was 5 times less than I thought I would be paying. Outstanding Service!! We experienced some mice activities at home, and my younger daughter really freaked out. Upon searching I came across AR Pest Control and hence I reached out to them early in the morning. I was concerned if they can service Markham, but I was really pleasantly surprised to see them at my doorstep in Markham at 10:30 am. Not only they took care of the issue in one visit, but they were extremely professional in the way they provided the service —- tagging every device, wore disposable shoe covers to ensue no mess, etc. These may seem very basic, but I was impressed as my previous experience was very different! Had a bat in my home. Called AR Pest Control approx 11 pm on a Saturday night expecting a to leave a voice message or talk to an answering service. Call answered by the company General Manager Andrew Kollo who arranged a technician to come Sunday morning. Technician arrived as promised although he could not find the bat. He advised to wait until dusk/dark and call him when we see the bat again and he will come right over to attempt to catch the bat in flight. I didn't see the bat for another two days when it was very weakened, probably due to lack of food and water, and not flying, so I was able to catch it. I advised AR Pest Control via email in the late evening that I contained the bat and they immediately called me to followup. Excellent service even though they did not charge for the attempt to rid the bat from my home. Thank you Andrew and technician Abid.

Hello I never leave reviews but in this case I am making an exception. We are a heavily government audited logistics company and we had one of the big pest control companies servicing us. When you would place a call it could take a day or two for someone to show up and it would take a while for the issue to be resolved. For over a year now, AR Pest Control guys have been there for us. "I called around and met with Andrew from AR Pest Control and through his years of practical in the field knowledge, he gave me to the confidence to let our old service provider take a hike and we are so happy we did. Not only did they set up a great pest program for us but we saved about 12% on our annual pest control budget. Now, if I have an issue I simply call Andrew or Shamus and within 10 to 15 minutes there is a plan of action and I know that the issue will be resolved within a day. I called AR Pest control to deal with a wasp issue I was having, the customer service rep was extremely professional and took the time to hear my issue and let me know my options, however the technician who showed up was extremely unprofessional, refused to let me even fully explain my issue and then damaged my garden while doing his assessment, when I told him he had damaged my bushes he said “I’m just a technician, you have to call the office they can deal with it” I called the office and they escalated to management who tried to make me pay for an assessment where my property was damaged and no treatment was done, and offered me a free future service. No effort to even address my issue of damage, so unprofessional. Would never deal with this company again!
