I used Acme pest solutions over a month ago to treat a wasps nest over my garage inside the brick wall. I have a small baby and the wasps were entering in her room!!! They were very responsive and quick to service us! They sprayed the entire front area and inside the hole where the wasps were flying into. 2 weeks later I found more wasps hanging around the same area. I called back and they were reluctant to come back to spray again. They told me that its nature and they cant control it. They sprayed for me again after i asked them to, and came back a second time. He said it wont do anything. They seemed annoyed that i asked them to come back. I am now frustrated as everyday there are still wasps outside my door! Today there were 15 wasps in the same area. The problem is worse than it was before it was sprayed. I very frustrated and don't understand??? I wish they would have offered us another option and they have a 6 month guarantee. Please consider this before you pay. I wish i could have a refund! Shortly after I wrote the review above, Abid the owner of the company contacted me and came right back to see what the situation was. I gave him 2 extra stars for his dedication to the company and his clients. He quickly tried to come up with another solution and took the time to explain why the wasp issue might still be here. He gave us a bottle of wasp spray. I respect that he is an honest man who cares about his customers and their satisfaction with his services. I hope this is the last I see of the wasps, he did tell me I can call him anytime. Thank you.

amended past post as it only showed 1 star instead if 5! I had an urgent problem with a raccoon on my roof and although it had not gotten into the house was an emergency I need fixed. The response was great, under 2 hours, and they did what a previous company was not able to do, move 2 raccoons. The repairs were done efficiently and I was kept informed through to the process. I have taken multiple business cards so I can recommend them to anyone in my situation. 5 star service and courteous!

We had wasps in the 2nd story soffits. I called Acme and Abid showed up the next morning exactly on time. He took the time to explain what he was going to do. He was efficient, professional and offered good value (charged what he had estimated over the phone). FYI, I previously had another company (that I won't name) come out . They wouldn't provide an estimate over the phone. When he arrived, his quote was extremely inflated, then he said it would be better if I call this other handyman he knows that would seal my entire house from pests (no extermination needed) at a more reasonable price (still higher than Acme). It felt kind of like a scam.

I was sick of cockroaches popping up but Abid was professional and very honest. he advised me to wait till we could stay out of the house for four hours in order for the complete effect to take place and not opt for the gel alone, I used his services he was Polite, professional and Not to mention, all cockroaches are gone!!! He even came back after tao weeks for a second visit and applied powder and gel to further close out.. amazinggg!!! I will recommend him to many!!
