Headed here to look for a base for patio umbrella. They only had one available but unfortunately it was no good to me. It is late in the season so it is not surprising. The store was on it's first day in green for the covid 19. Staff where helpful as always.

I find the customer service here to be fantastic. They are so helpful. The salespeople will approach you to ask if you need help and can advise on products and locate them for you. It's a totally different experience than trying to chase down salespeople at Canadian Tire! I want Home Hardware to know how much we appreciate the difference and how much we enjoy shopping there. I go here to get purchase orders for the apartment building I take care of. They're always very helpful and quick about taking care of my orders, compared to other places especially. Not to mention one of the cashiers always offers my 5-year-old a lollipop which is a great treat for her when she has to come with me on business. Definitely recommend this location!

I have been reading the comment so far and I agree that the stuff are supper awesome with cx they know and very caring with seniors . How ever it feel always awkward for me as cx of colour I always find that the staff put me last and the smile disappear one they talk to me. Not sure why but I will assume it’s more of a culture thing I would love to see the staff have more education on what diversity is :) Thanks for the service

Great service, great sales and great products. I actually left my bag of items I had just purchased about 10 before they closed, in the entryway, I remembered after they closed and called but no answer so I called first thing in the morning and they already found my bag and had it behind the cash for me to pick up. I was really happy to find that out.

Customer service is perfection. I always leave with what I was looking for. I went to a plumbing store and they didn't have the part I needed not did they offer alternatives. I visited home hardware and I was out the door with an alternative to what I needed and I was very happy. Also Paul is the go to guy at the store for most of my purchases or finding what I need.
