Small store - but the owner will get you ANYTHING you need and get it quickly. Wonderful staff - I find far more helpful than the bigger hardware/box stores. Drop in you will enjoy. More like the older day hardware experiences.

I do like this store and staff, they know their stuff and are friendly and helpful. But the amount of products vs floor space is quite obvious. In my opinion if the store were to expand it would enhance the shopping experience and feel less cluttered. Don't take this wrong, the floors, racking and products are organized and clean it just feels "squeezed".

Just an awful grey haired woman who stood at the "Customer Service" counter acted as though I was disturbing her and she couldn't be bothered to assist me behaving like what I was asking her about getting some wood cut to a specific size actually pained her to ponder. Two other men were at the counter so I decided to ask them and she just angrily shuffled off in a huff. I asked if she was having a bad day and they stood there and looked at me as though I was blaspheming the Virgin Mary or something. Just a super creepy small town inbred vibe. I felt like a colored person in the deep south entering and exiting the local Trading Post. Just a terrible experience, will never set foot in their again.

My mom was having her back door replaced for the second time, which she had to pay for twice both doors were warped. The installers tore the flooring up by the back door and glued it back down but it looks terrible and the flooring had been put in not long before that. It needs to be replaced but my mom didn't want to say anything. You have to cover up the rip where it is separating with a mat. My mom shouldn't have to pay to get it done again.
