I have really never prepared a comment like this. I'm writing to tell you about what Dan did not do. We thought we had a problem with some type of unwelcomed guests in our cottage. I called Dan and he called me shortly thereafter. We arranged for a time for him to come and do a site inspection. He called to confirm the site inspection a day before and he arrived in a timely fashion. He is truly a delightful, experienced and seasoned professional and I'm writing to tell you how pleased I am that he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He told us there would be no charge for an inspection and that if he found something he would discuss any charges for the services that may be needed. He came and looked around and said he sees no sign of any kind of animal entry and he doesn't believe we have any type of wildlife in our cottage. What an absolutely refreshing and delightful experience. He did what he said. There was no charge. I will certainly use him when the time comes that we will need his services. I can't recommend him highly enough.
