Terry seemed like a dependable and capable guy, but after agreeing to come and help me with the squirrel in my attic, he stalled and delayed coming to my place for weeks. Despite repeated phone calls and promised dates, he ultimately told me he didn't have time for me. Make sure you get a firm date from him, and if he can't stick to it, go with someone else before it's too late.

I had paid for the service to eliminate the mice infestation, no matter how many times it takes, so I paid a couple hundred dollars for this peace of mind. The first time they came, they came half an hour early, and spoke to the tenants, even though I made an appointment at a set time. He had thrown some pink blocks, and traps, and thats it. Never called back for follow up. I must have called a dozen times, he finally answered, and came. He looked for holes in the home, said there were none and they should all be gone. I have been calling Bruce for several months, asking him for a quick report made on paper for me. He is not responding to my messages, or emails. I would not recommend using this business. I will be contacting BBB to file a report, as their 5 star ratings are very misleading. Bruce was very willing to take my money, he didn't even do more then 30 minutes work of throwing those blocks in the home, which I could have done for $10! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We were unable to hire Preditor for our current wasp issue due to limited access to the nest, but Terry was so helpful on the phone, very knowledgeable and offered to come out the next day, a Saturday on a long weekend to an out of town location! Wow! They will be my first call next time we require a pest control professional. The three other companies I tried never even called me back. Thanks Terry!

Terry seemed like a capable and professional guy at first call. He came the next day to address our issue. Set traps and scheduled another visit 2 weeks later. Next visit came and no improvement. He set more traps and scheduled another visit in 2 weeks. 3 weeks after the initial call, we had increased droppings. Called Terry to come and assess and he was not answering any calls. Apparently, he went on a hunting trip. No recording on his voicemail to let clients know, nor any warnings before he went for a trip. He said he "lost" our number and couldn't notify us. We ultimately went with another guy (who solved the issue on first visit, go figure). We asked Terry for a partial refund, as we had already paid in full. He stalled and stalled about the refund and even told us not to leave a negative review despite all the issues. He never answered any calls. He probably picks and chooses which clients he'll give 100% performance on, i don't know. It seems the excellent reviews are misleading.

We contacted Predator for a squirrel problem in our rental property. Terry did respond quickly initially and was quick to send a bill for the deposit. However that's the only thing he has been quick or reliable about. The problem has not yet been resolved and this began in February . He has not responded to messages . Would NOT recommend or use
