Stop! Do not hire this guy. Spend the extra money and hire someone reliable, reputable and professional. I had nothing but issues once this guy got his money. He constantly had an excuse as to why he'd miss appointments. Didn't live up to his "guarantee". Didn't come when promised. I spent the whole time chasing him down to do the job. Not worth the money or effort. So much for trying to hire local.
