I waited for 2 months to get a simple quote for snow removal. I kept getting stringed along, being told the quote would be coming within the next 2 weeks. Now its December, still no quote, and I'm left without a company to do my snow removal as all the others have been booked up for a while now. If Tyler's can't come through with a quote like they kept promising, I wouldn't trust their actual service.

I have not and will not be doing business with this company based on one interaction I had with the manager of the business. This manager exhibited extreme road rage all because his ego could not handle being passed on the highway. When we contacted the company this individual identified themselves as the manager and procceded to yell on the phone. All this being said; first impressions are everything and this was the poorest of first impressions I have ever had with any businesses. Be careful who you hire and be well.

Tyler has done a very good job of taking care of my needs in summer and winter. He uses e-mail effectively to provide frequent updates on seasonal program offers and, in particular, progress reports during heavy snowfall days. He has responded quickly and effectively to any concerns that I have had with the work that has been done. Tyler is very likeable and easy to work with.
