My local "go to" supermarket. Has a decent variety of groceries, a specialized health and wellness section, and good presence of locally produced meat, produce, honey etc. The prices are "mostly" reasonable. I also have to commend Sobeys for not jumping on the "charging for shopping bags" bandwagon which sadly seems to be more and more prevalent in our local stores these days.

This store is located in Bridgewater attached to Bridgewater mall.It is a large store with variety of products.The products have good quality over all but price is little more.Meat products have good quality in general.This shop opens 24 hours which is really great.Staff are very friendly.its a great place to shop.There are lot of parking spot available.

Usually shop very late at night or rather early morning because of shift work. I appreciate that they are open, staff is friendly. Sometimes have to side step boxes but that's OK. Perfect grocery store for me.

Really hard to find what your looking for. But the worst is the check outs. I JUST had 4 people cut the line bc they're not standing in the designated spots... if we can stand just anywhere why bother with the arrows etc? I'm literally writing this in line and am about a hair away from walking out

They have everything I need when i go, store is a bit layed out weirdly. It's not like the other sobeys I have been to, like for example Yarmouth Sobeys, claire in st alphonse area Sobeys, Digby Sobeys, halifax Sobeys. For the layout that is. Other than that I do love the sales they have. People who work there seem quite friendly, customer service is great, I was impressed that they care for the fresh produce and take the time to present it properly as I like to squeeze my tomatoes to check for freshness and they do in fact have FRESH veggies. Personally I buy about 150$ in fresh fruit monthly, but odd thing is about dragon fruit, I do not understand why sobeys has theirs up to 6.99 when everywhere across the board in every other place I shop they are only 2.99 - 3.99 at most. As I love mangoes, apples, oranges, dragonfruit, bananas, pomegranates, pomellos, grapefruits, fresh cherries. This would be my one stop shop but unfortunately the price is questionable on some items.

I had to share this, watch out for this everyone. WOW!! Angie Parsons So from now on I will pay very close attention while paying for things, tonight at the Bridgewater Sobeys the cashier was making an extra effort to joke around with me while I was paying. I was laughing with her and not really paying attention, Thankfully my husband was, I clicked accept for the 43.20 charge, and would never have given it another thought but my husband who was looking at the display noticed the cashier punch in an extra 10.00 as i was putting in my pin number and asked her why the total was suddenly 53.20. She looked very sheepish and said "oops I guess I am faster than a computer I accidentally put in 10.00 for cashback." At this point I thought it was strange but most likely an honest mistake, but then as my husband pointed out she had slipped the 10.00 out of the register and had started to push it under her register. She did apologize and said the computer automatically gives you 10.00 if cashback is chosen , she handed my husband the 10.00 and we left. It may have been a mistake, but the more I think about it, the more I doubt that, I was never asked if I wanted cash back and the last time I used that feature i had to confirm it, this time i was not asked to confirm, that and the fact that she punched in the 10.00 manually makes me wonder, glad my husband was paying attention because I would have missed it had he not been there. Please pay attention while using your debit card, better safe than sorry, this time was only 10.00 but it could have easily had another zero tacked on there and I still wouldn't have caught it because I was not paying attention. It has kind of a staggered layout, I'm not too fond of it. Can't always find what I'm looking for. Plenty of parking, has an NSLC attatched to it. Security on site. Has own entrance to mall.

I wanted to acknowledge one of your friendly staff members at the Bridgewater Sobeys location. His name is Bronson. I've been to the store two times within the past few days and he was the cashier that assisted me while buying groceries both times. He was very friendly, polite, fast, apologetic ( when his register wouldn't scan right away) and a hard worker. It's nice to acknowledge someone's when they are doing a great job and he was doing just that. Thanks Bronson.

Usually a clean store, the only complaint I have is I've walked out of there with fresh fruit a few times and when I get out on the natural light you can see it's bad. Cannot see it in the store got some reason. Stopped buying fruit there because of it.

Sauvie's is a wonderful store clean well designed and the food is always fresh and of great value their Bakery has delicious fresh baked goods their Deli is a great place to stop for lunch or for your evening meal and there is a liquor store attached to Sobeys where's an entrance from the inside and from the outside
