The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The company allows for a la carte service for many things. I should also say that I have found the services to be well delivered and appropriate for my needs. The only issue I have is that you can't get a real sense of when they the techs will be coming until they "surprise" you the day before with their notification. I know they all do it this way but it makes planning your other yard work very challenging if not impossible (ex: spring core areation may not actually happen until the summer and you can miss the planting window for seed if you had decide to wait).

We bought our house a couple years ago. The grass in the front and back yard was either covered by weeds or dying. We tried Nutrilawn for the first time last year and the results were amazing! Rich green grass is beigginning to grow again. It's important to keep in mind that depending on the ground, amount of sun, type of soil etc. that results will vary, and most (like us) will need more than a year in order to get the "perfect" grass.

I had cinch bug and called Nutri Lawn who were able to get rid of the bug immediately but I waited too long as the bug had a good feast. The technician seeded the damaged areas and gave me some advise to seeding other areas destroyed and the lawn looks great. The second year the bug came back but with the good service of nutri lawn they saved the day. It is hard to control weeds and bugs on your own and great lawn service is worth the money paid.

I am stunned by the positive reviews as after using this company for two years my front lawn ONLY grows weeds and the back yard is 1/3 chinch bug damaged. Our neighbor also uses this company and I see nothing but weeds on their front lawn. This company may work well for postage stamp sized lawns but our large property has not benefited from Nutri-Lawn. I would view their service tech take 10 mins to spray the entire lawn and the weeds days and weeks later and the weeds are still growing well....grass is dead but the weeds look great. I think that the spray only weakened the grass so that by the end of the summer we only have weeds growing. We installed, several years ago an in-ground irrigation system so it has nothing to do with watering. A total failure and waste of money.

Great service and product! Jill Bugden is always super helpful and knowledgeable when I send an email or have a question. We only started using Nutri-Lawn late last season, and our front lawn was in especially bad shape from chinch bugs. After the terribly long winter season we had, I expecting the worst of the lawn. To my surprise, the lawn has come back incredibly well already after last Fall's Nutri-Lawn treatments. The other nice thing is the technician that treats your lawn actually takes the time to analyze the lawn and recommend other treatments. I would absolutely recommend Nutri-Lawn to others (and have)!

Mistakes happen for everyone, but in those instances accountability is key. I cancelled services because the new Nutrilawn staff did not ask questions before performing work at an unknown property. Namely, they seeded a separate freshly cleared garden bed in front of the house with grass seeds and, when asked to remedy it, just disappeared. Customer service also minimized it as "standard procedure." The key learning for you is to train your staff to ask questions every time they enter a property and repeat what they heard back to the customer. When in doubt, they should just ask, particularly if they are not familiar with the property. Otherwise, you end up with dissatisfied customers who end up wasting time and money while really they paid to save time.

My entire neighbourhood is full of dandelions in the spring and I have none! I have the greenest lawn all summer long and into the fall. Great service, great products, great value!

I turned my lawn over to Nutri Lawn in order to try and bring it back to what the lawn once was. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the results. They managed our lawn care in the summer of 2014 aerating, liming, fertilizing, seeding etc and brought our lawn back. The company is very customer oriented. Our lawn was in rough shape three years ago due to cinch bug damage. Nutri Lawn took over our lawn service from another company and we began to see gradual results. Our lawn now is fairly healthy now and we are pleased with the results. Nutri Lawn makes regular visits to our property and is always inspecting our lawn. We started with Nutri-lawn a year ago at the beginning of the 2014 season with many challenging issues in our large lawn including areas of poor soil, weeds and moss, hilly sections, shady areas, and water run-off problems. The lawn had been slowly deteriorating over the last 10 years. In just 1 season we have seen great improvements. I support everyone's choice to use your business even if I choose to employ natural, ecological means to maintain my own lawn. Ie: using clover vice grass. However, in the last two months, your methods have spilled over onto my property. Last month it was herbicide overspray that burnt a portion of the clover and other plants contained therein. I asked the neighbours to ask you to be more careful in the future. You think I asked her to climb Mt. Everest. Yesterday, your workers damaged a small portion of my clover lawn while installing some sort or irrigation/sprinkler system. I again brought it to the home owners attention, to much resistance, so this morning I approached one of your men to exercise better care. I will say, he offered to put down grass seed, but that is besides the point. Why should a neighbours property be damaged due to carelessness and indifference. I love my property as much as the next guy. I'll never use Weedman, nutrilawn or other lawn care services that damage ecosystems but please impress on your staff the importance of respecting other people's property. Thanks.

Had my first and last service yesterday. I did not receive a notification when the technicianw would be arriving. I also made it very clear that I had dogs and do not go into my back yard, so when I arrive home there is fertilizer all over my back yard where my dogs are. I dont have time to babysit people who cannot follow direction.
