Customer service team is very responsive to email and communicates well, so you are always sure that you are getting value for your money. I was pretty apprehensive given that I booked it all online to be contactless, but they backed up the booking every step of the way. Tech that showed up to do our property just went straight to work and did a great job that really had no impact on my day. Results of our first spay have been very positive after a few days. We were able to have a great weekend with neighbours outside without being swarmed! If the results continue I will be booking the tick service as well!
