My fiance and I moved and I hired Graces Custom Home Cleaning because the previous tenants in the apartment have not cleaned the entire year they lived here. (Or thats what I would assume from the state the apartment was in). Melissa spent about 5 hours cleaning from top to bottom and when she left everything was sparkling. Not to mention she was so kind and down to earth. Would definitely hire again in a heart beat!

Melissa is very professional and kind - she will answer any questions with prompt replies and a wonderful attitude. It you have any anxieties or hesitations, she will put your mind at ease. I was very anxious about having people see my messy house and having to deal with it, and she reassured me with empathy and compassion. They did a fantastic job doing the deep clean my house was in desperate need for; everything was immaculate and you could even smell the difference when they were done! I only planned on getting a one time cleaning, but will probably ask them to come back for regular up keep! Highly recommended this fantastic company!

I don't even know where to start. I live in Ontario and was travelling home last week to Nova Scotia for my daughters wedding. She was busy at work and something fell through with wedding accommodations which made life for my daughter just a little stressful. As we were driving, I thought about helping out a bit by having her home cleaned. Well....Melissa is an angel. She rescheduled a cleaning she had so she could help my daughter. She cleans windows and fridge. Now I get a cleaning service here in Ontario once a month and there is none of that. The wedding was in Cape Breton so when my daughter and her new husband got back from the wedding she was sooooo happy. Thank you Melissa and your team. I have now cancelled my cleaning service here in Ontario and will look for someone like you. :)))) Melissa is easy to communicate with and very professional. I could keep writing but this cleaning company is the one to go with. The best.

Booked for a move-out clean for my elderly parents (in their 80’s). They asked to rebook and we even gave wiggle room for their rebooked date. The company (Melissa) sent an email saying 10:30 appt would be closer to 1 o’clock. They (Melissa) did not return my phone call OR show up! Two days out from new owners’ walk-through!!!

Used a mop on unvacuumed floors so the floors had dirty dried water marks everywhere. No countertops were wiped down, no windows washed, not bathrooms cleaned. But I was told everything had been completed. She even told me she would come back to fix the problem and didn’t show up when she said she would the next day. Then she said she would refund me 130$ and she then stopped responding to my calls and texts. DO NOT HIRE.

First of all when I contacted the owner Melissa she was so accommodating and friendly. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from her service. Once completed I was so impressed at how thorough the girls were and their attention to detail was impressive. The best cleaning service I have ever used. They did a deep clean in our dusty, dog-hairy house, and everything was pristine when they left. The house smells fresh throughout, and there’s not even any dust left to float in the air. Very nice people, as well. I’m so glad they were able to fit us in for regular cleaning going forward.

Thank you for the amazing job done at my home today! It was a full deep clean and was well worth it. I had no clue all the little details they would do on top of the basics which were badly needed. Now we’re on track for regular upkeep with biweekly cleanings. They even had to work around my two golden retrievers who are the main reason we needed the cleaning in the first place!

Melissa is a truly wonderful person. I hired her cleaning service to do a “move-out” clean, to clean up after sub-letters moved out of the apartment my daughter is leasing for school. Melissa sent photos and contacted me, the before photos are atrocious and I feel guilty sending anyone in there without a hazmat suit. Nothing phased Melissa. Not the mouse droppings, the grease covered walls, the unmentionables in the bathroom. She sent photos and just carried on. i feel very fortunate to have had her help. She even had to move leftover furniture bits and personal effects from the junk the sub-letters left behind. There were 2 cleaners and they ended up staying an extra 2 hours over what I had booked, in order to get the job done. That is really above and beyond. In addition, she is funny. A pleasure to deal with all the way around. I highly, highly recommend. 5 stars!

They did a terrible job cleaning my place. I was charged $770 for 6 hours of "work". The carpets were not deep cleaned although I paid $200 for it. Walls weren't cleaned. Some window sills left dirty. So many cobwebs still around the house. They asked me to create a list for them which I did, and many of those items weren't completed. They arrived in a taxi with very little equipment. I'm in the process of trying to get a partial refund and nobody will answer me. I absolutely do not recommend.

Scheduled them for a cleaning they didn't show up the first day with no notice and then when inquiring an hour after they were scheduled they informed me they could no longer make it. We rescheduled for a second day where again they were late with no notice. I called them to ask where they were and they had car trouble which means I spent an hour waiting on them. They did the cleaning which was fine (not $380 worth) and then proceeded to call both me and my husband 3 hours later leaving voicemails and text messages and 5 emails requesting payment with no professional invoice delivered. Would caution against using these individuals if you want any kind of professional service.
