Really happy with the professional and friendly work from Javier, removing the raccoon and her babies from our attic in a very humane way. He did a total job for us, from installing a hatch way to our attic to sealing future entry areas. We would absolutely recommend Critters Out.

Recently used Critters Out to remedy a number of issues. Birds in the eaves, and a groundhog around the yard. Xavier was awesome and knowledgeable...explaining what the plan was and following through. Worked out a price that was more than fair and would definitely use Critters Out in the future if a new issue arises!

Despite his best efforts we were unable to locate the dead rat in our walls, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. He was really apologetic for not finding it but in all honesty it was a long shot. Kudos to him for his efforts and professionalism. We also learned that had we called him while the rodent was trying to get out, he would have installed a one-way door to allow it to escape!! We had brought Orkin out weeks earlier when it was still alive and they said there was nothing they could do...then Critters Out tells us about the door. We now know who to call should we or any of our friends have similar rodent issues. Thank you.

Very pleased with this company in getting raccoons removed from my garage attic. They did total cleanup of all contaminated materials (feces, urine, insulation & ceiling boards) , did tree trimming of all overhanging branches & repaired all entry points on roof. The raccoons were humanely removed with a one way door so as no harm done to them. Xavier was very informative on the health hazards to humans from raccoons. Very professional job and good value for the amount of hard work done! Highly recommend!!

Our only regret using this service was that we didn't call sooner. After several attempts at trapping a racoon that had taken up residence in our attached garage, we called Critters Out. Xavier came on time and ready to help. He did a thorough inspection and pointed out any areas which were potential places where the racoon could enter. He went into the attic above the garage to try to get the raccoon, which evaded capture. He relentlessly looked for, and eventually found, baby raccoons, which he removed and put in a loosely covered box (after we took a few pictures). He explained that the mom would eventually come out to get the babies at night. He sealed up all entry points except one and installed a one way door at that entry point. The next morning the raccoon babies were gone and there was no sign of the mom. Xavier checked in with us the next 2 days to see if the babies had been taken by the mom and if we heard any further noises. The one way door was left for a week as a precaution. Xavier returned one week later to remove the one way door and seal that entry point. We also had him removed the soiled insulation from the attic, which was done thoroughly and promptly. We were given a receipt with the services explained and the costs. Everything was done as explained or better. Xavier was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We would highly recommend this service.
