I've made a previous review apparently on one of the other websites for BB which was not a very good review because I thought the work that was done by previous exterminators were not effective because I continued to see problems and activity inside of my home (apt.). However, today I was able to receive a thorough follow-up and watch the whole thing take place. It was far more better than the first process, and the clean out. Although I was not present during the cleanout process, it was not effective either. However, Mr. Clint, today, did the work like a "Pro". Mr. Clint left no stones unturned in his process of extermination (Quality service). He even showed me something that was not done by previous ones. Mr. Clint went above and beyond, at least in my eyes, to see that the problems that still exist will be taken care. Something I've never seen from the others. Not only did Mr. Clint handle the service (professionally), his customer service and attention to my concerns and addressing them made me value his service even more. Thank you for all you do Mr. Clinton and thank you Bug Busters for this guy! I'm sure you have many more like him. I can say on behalf of those others who came out and I was home was very kind and well spoken. With pest issues, we need more pest control people who take real effort in resolving issues even when it may not be seen at their level. Thank you.

We just used Bug Busters for the first time and it was such a pleasant experience! The entire staff is so friendly, and on top of everything. They are super easy to get ahold of and their prices are fair especially considering the work they provide. We definitely plan to continue using them.
