I judge a place by how it helps me cope with having my kids tag along. This spot is a dream come true. They’ve got a playhouse with a DVD player, so I tell my kids it’s a museum. They serve popcorn on Saturdays. The good greasy stuff. This is basically Bridgewater’s best free daycare. Unlike Kent, when I go in the staff will actually talk to me. It’s like hardware heaven.

Great store and fantastic employees, for the most part. I love shopping here. However, it's hard as finding hens teeth to get them to order in tools. Their Milwaukee guy seems very annoyed to have to field questions about the product he is tasked with representing. I've given up on trying to buy my Milwaukee tools here, and drive to the Home Depot in New Minas or Dartmouth Crossing to purchase them.

All experiences have been great. I have had to place a few orders for crown moulding and quarter round. All were delivered as planned to our home in Lunenburg and items were as expected. This was managed long distance and Roger was a great help - especially with the supplier of the custom order crown moulding.
