He has proceeded with my refund as requested, and I sincerely hope that there will not be any issues with that. He also promised to look into the quality of service being provided by the person answering the phones, and apologized for that part as well. It is just unfortunate that this level of service did not happen sooner. Previous Post: I have been chasing this company for over 3 weeks to cancel my contract and to receive a refund for the pending visits. The agent who came to the house (Tabare) was polite and has been answering my calls (which is why I gave 1 star otherwise it would be 0!), but he told me that the only person that can process a cancellation and refund is the "boss" who is Pascal Dumoulin. I have called and left Mr. Dumoulin several messages, texts, voicemails and he has yet to return my calls.
