They are responsive, reliable, flexible, quick, reasonably priced, & knowledgeable! - the list can go on.. Brett is a great at what he does, and takes his profession very seriously. This is the second time we have used VexTech. The first was Summer of 2018, for yellowjackets, that built a nest under the siding of our home. Brett came to treat it, returned a week later, since the issue was yet resolved. He mentioned if any still remained after he's treatment, he would do a second treatment at no cost, and he did. This year 2019, we had mice. He came blocked all entryways inside and out. He returned a week later to inspect if there were any entrances disturbed or if any new mice were trapped. His costs are fair priced, arrives at the time he says, very prompt. I will continue to call Brett if any other pest issues occur, which I hope not, but I know who to call.

Contacted Bret and was able to schedule an appointment for very next day. He really took his time to find out where my ant problem was coming from. He fully advised of all he was doing and why. He was extremely patient with my 4 year old who wanted to help him do his job. He said it would take a few days to take full affect but noticed a huge difference in 12 hours. Last week Brett fogged our yard for mosquitos. We have been able to been in our yard without constantly swatting them away. I sat outside without spray, and didn't get a single bite. This week we noticed ants by our back door. Brett came again to spray for ants. They were gone in seconds. A couple days later I noticed ants by the garage door. Brett made time to come the same day to spray the garage, and again within seconds, the ants were gone. This was free of charge since there is a 30 day guarantee. Brett is very professional, has excellent customer service and is very nice. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Very rude when called back for service— when ants were back several times during the 30 days that were supposedly guaranteed. He doesn’t call back in timely fashion. Tried to do service on the cheap— I would not recommend at all. Very unhappy...

1,000% recommend Vex Tech. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, etc. I dealt with Brett, who could not have been nicer or more professional. They were able to get out to my house very quickly, showed up on time, and did a phenomenal job. Vex Tech fixed my mouse problem by finding where the mice were coming in and closing up the holes. I have not found any mice since I called them and I was catching multiple mice every night. I really can't recommend them enough!

Brett at VexTech was fantastic! I called in a panic because yellow jackets had dug into my home from under our siding and we’re coming up through my floor vents. I have 2 small children and was absolutely beside myself when I saw at least 10 yellow jackets on the INSIDE of my kid’s playroom window! Brett was able to squeeze me in same day and was at my house within 2 hours of my phone call! He was very friendly and guaranteed his work! I will definitely recommend VexTech to anyone and will call them for all future pest related work!

Great customer service!! Brett came to treat for wasps in April. As it started warming up, i saw wasps around my pool deck. I reached out and they came to retreat almost immediately! Very satisfied and will be a long time customer! We had gotten quotes from oekin and terminx and their pricing was ridiculous!
