Called Jer after we found mice traces in our kitchen. Jer came over and gave the house a deep inspection. After that and an interview with us, Jer recommended a DIY treatment as it would fix our issue and save us some money, which is an amazing honest approach to business. Will call Jer back on Spring to have him get rid of the boxelder bugs in our yard!

Coutts Pest Control is great. Jer is a very knowledgeable man who takes his time looking at the surroundings to analyse the pest issue. On his first visit, he spent an hour looking, listening, going around the cottage, and teaching us how ants work. At the end, he was able to give us an honest answer about what to do to get rid of the carpenter ants. We then made an appointment for him to come back and treat the cottage. When he came back, he treated everything, from top to bottom, spent 3 hours making sure he did a great job. His equipment allows him to reach very high structures. Furthermore, he sent us a very detailed receipt with the exact price that he had quoted on for. He will be back if needed, but so far, we have not seen 1 ant inside or outside of our cottage. We recommend him to everyone who is looking for honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. Thank you Jer!
