Friday the 13th definitely was a day I won't forget, went into my cold cellar, to pop the lid on my sewer pipe lid as I'd had problems with surface water to find a live rat inside the box. It jumped I jumped I got the door closed keeping the rat secured in that room, then I googled pest control. I called the Waterloo pest control at 0645 a.m.Nick answered, he was very supportive, informative and resourceful. He wasn't able to come right to the house then, but by speaking with him he felt that my son and I where resourceful enough to contain this issue. With his helpful suggestions we where able to live trap the rat with the use of Nutrella within the hour. I thank him for his calm informative suggestions. He helped me feel less anxious and worried about a isolated situation. Thanks Nick
