Fast response (next day) went all through my room and found that I did not have the pests I thought I had. Could have lied and charged to remove the bugs that were not there, but they were honest and did not charge. Will recommend to anyone looking for an honest Pest Specialist!!

We had ants!! They were driving us crazy. We had a tight time frame and they came out right away. Usmaan was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He was super polite and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and use again if we ever need anything else. Thanks so much.

There was a wrap nest in my backyard and actually it was too big, so I thought there were two. I was attacked badly when mowed my lawn. I sent my request for contact at 2 pest control companies' websites. Mike from Total Pest Control phoned me back and I never heard back from the other company. Total Pest Control was flexible to accommodate my schedule and when the technician was running late, Mike phoned me to let me know. I think that is what good customer service is all about. The technician (TJ or Ajay, I feel so sorry for not asking his name) was well equipped, removed the wrap nest and got the job done! He is very knowledgeable and shared tips with me when I asked about how to deal with racoons. He was also very honest about the charge. He could have cheated but chose not too. His professionalism and integrity triggered me to write this review. I sincerely appreciate his work and the service of Total Pest Control. Thank you!

We have had ants for the last moth and FINALLY called someone. We spoke to Mike who was very informative and honest. He explained, as we have already waited so long and the type of ants we have, it is actually better to wait for treatment until next Spring. Very appreciated and I would consider very professional!!!
