Jason came out immediately to access our ant problem. He was kind and friendly. I watched him work diligently to ensure our home was treated and completely protected from future pests. They were very prompt and professional and were able to quickly take care of the roach issues that had plagued us.

After getting quotes for $400 to treat roaches, I found JD Pest and called. Their reviews are all true. Amazing price and service. He took the time to explain everything to us, what he was doing and where. After 1 treatment there is a significant difference and I couldn't be happier. We had a German roach issue that just would not go away. Three other pest control companies came out, promised us they would take care of it, and the roaches came back within a few weeks. A family friend suggested Miller Pest Control to us and we have been roach free ever since. We signed up for the protection plan and they come out every three months for 75 bucks to make sure the roaches don't come back. Great service for a great price.

Josh(?) got here right on time, was super friendly, and got the job done for me in less than an hour in my apartment. Set baits for German Roaches and irradiated the wasp issue on my patio. He even came back after I noticed an additional hive. Family owned business, even prior to the visit I had called for information and they went above and beyond then. 10000% recommend!

Very disappointed. Agreed upon 3 services for 75$. Sprayed outside. Agreed to do inside. 2 services remaining. Contacted to request 2nd service. The response was "Sorry I am not in that area due to not enough customers. I'm more in the Seminole/ volusia area. Take care and have a great holiday season" I asked who is in the area? Long story short...This company Moved service area, didn't let us know until I contacted JOSH and took OUR money with them. Never pay in ADVANCE with this company. Josh disarmed us with friendliness, but that was just to get OUR money and not provide US with the service. Please know I have all communication/contact since our first business transaction. Not Satisfied! Poor communication, poor business practices. If you don't have money to throw away please find another company.

Jason is fantastic! He's very helpful and the communication is great. He always texts me a few days before my scheduled appointment to confirm the date and time, and he goes out of his way to make me feel at ease. I'm so scared of pests and he is beyond patient and thorough. He also offers a great value for his services! He comes back anytime I have an issue and it's covered under my package. He never seems put out with my questions either. All around a stand-up guy and a great company! So thankful to have him.
