We purchased a house in Dec 2019. After a few overnights we realized we had a mouse problem .We consulted an exterminator and was disappointed. After almost two years I am so happy to report Above All Termite and Pest Control was THE BEST . They spent so much time trying to get to the root of the problem . They are so knowledgeable , professional, and committed to helping us get rid of these mice. It’s been almost a month and so far so good!! Thankyou so much to a fantastic team!!

Termite Contract - June 2021 After such a positive experience with this company for my pest control contract, I decided to move forward with a termite contract, and as before it was easy to work with Tracey and Michael to discuss the program and get answers to any concerns. The service was performed by Chris and Logan, and both were professional and pleasant, and very patient as I kept coming out of the house to ask questions or simply to gab a bit as senior citizens like to do - thanks guys! Pest Control Contact - May 2021 After speaking with Michael I signed up for the one-year quarterly pest control program (interior and exterior). I also spoke with Tracy (or Stacey? sorry) for further clarification on the details. Both were very responsive and patient in answering my follow-up questions. I have now had my first service and I was even more sure of my decision to select this company once the technician, Jay, arrived. He took considerable time to explain each part of the process as he want about his work. Jay is clearly knowledgeable about the business and it was a pleasure having him in my home.

They have more then accommodated our household of small children using only treatments that are safe for our family and pets and have always advised us appropriately. They come regularly and their staff is always friendly, honest and asks permission before doing any treatments in or around our home. Our neighbors are equally happy their service.

I called asking for an estimate on a possible ant infestation and they came out the very next day. Jeff and Logan came out to do the estimate and they were exactly on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue, provided plenty of info, and gave a couple of options for what they could do to remedy the ant problem. Jeff treated the inside while Logan treated the outside. We first contracted Above All Pest Control to help us with our carpenter bee problem. Mike was extremely responsive and the treatment helped to diminish the problem greatly. We were so happy with the customer service that we added a monthly mosquito treatment to our contract. We live in a rural area and the mosquitos make enjoying our yard very difficult. The difference this summer has been amazing. I was skeptical that it would help since our property has a drainage basin that often has standing water, but boy was I wrong. Jason is usually the guy who comes out to treat the yard and he does a great job. This is our last month of the mosquite treatment and Jason happened to come the day before we got hit with heavy rain and flooding from hurricane Ida. When I reached out to Mike to share that the rain/flooding seemed to wash away the treatment he offered to come out and spray again at no additional charge. I am so happy we found this company who clearly cares about 100% customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for all of your pest needs!

I've been using Above All Pest Control for just over a year now and every time I interact with them, I continue to be impressed with their customer service and level of detail they provide. They provide incredible value, all the time. Today I had Jason come out to do a routine maintenance spray but unfortunately, I also had an issue with Yellow Jackets that needed to be addressed. I can't speak any more highly of him and how he handled the situation. He took ample time to explain all the details to me (before he did any work), and he made sure that all my questions were answered. Even further, he took the time to explain what he was able to do, and equally as important, he was very transparent. After the job was done, I was working on a conference call and he called me later to fill me in on all the details, (spent 15 minutes on the phone with me). Truly over the top and unmatched customer service. Jason emulates and understands what it means to have good customer experience, I think the whole company does, stemming through the leadership, Mike himself. I highly recommend Above All Pests, and more so, you'd be lucky to get Jason as your tech as well. Please make sure you use this company for all your pest control needs.
