it took me 3 times longer to get one thing. I don't know who had the bright idea to make the changes to the check out, but it should be changed back. there are people stopping in the maze that they have made. an when you get to the end of the line you have to look for someone to say over here. we are open. i mean come on at least take out the maze

One of the largest Dollarama stores I've ever been in. My family frequents the place, as they have a very large assortment of items we haven't come across before. Cashiers are fast and friendly. Other staff members out on the floor normally pay no mind to you unless you ask them for help; but they're happy to assist.

I just love love love this store but I can't seem to keep my bill under 50 or more dollars when I get in there. Good deals but I can't go in there anymore than once or maybe twice a month because of the fact that I go waaaaay overboard with everything. But it's also a great place to get anything you want to get, even if you really don't want it. Lol. Oh well,that's life. Great place anyway.

Not impressed at all!! Last 3 times I went in that store with my boyfriend and friend they would say potential shop lifters and follow us around the store. It's sad that they would judge someone by looks. We have shopped at that store for years, and after the last time I will not step one foot in that store with those ignorant people ever again! Let's just say say the basket of stuff I had picked up to purchase got left on their floor...

Good morning I usually enjoy shopping at the Dollarama stores, however the changes in the way one enters the maze to pay for your items at the Bridgewater Store has left me with an embarassing moment both for myself those buyers behind me The green arrow on the floor was missed by us and of course we ended up in the wrong place to line up to pay for our purchases The first cashier ranted and yelled at us to get in the correct line and told us in a very loud manner that there was a sign Well we did not see it One of the customers spoke that an apology was needed but there was none My suggestion would be to place an eye level sign for us older folks A green sign inside the maze is missed by many. I checked the maze and I am doubtful that anyone in a wheelchair or on a scooter would be able to shop as they would not fit through the new check out line As for the second cashier who waited on us she was very kind and helpful We were not butting in line ,we just did not see the sign or the new entrance
