Ashok was quick to respond to our voicemail, even during the holidays. He scheduled a time and notified us 15 minutes before his arrival. We had an issue with Yellowjackets in our home and weren't sure exactly how they were getting in. Ashok asked a couple questions and did some investigating. he applied both a wet spray and powder to treat the areas we suspected they were entering. Everything was great for about a week, but unfortunately they returned. By pure coincidence when putting away some things into storage, I spotted a draft and things started to make sense about the actual entry point. We called Ashok back and he quickly came out and reapplied a treatment in the new area, free of charge. He ensures you are satisfied and that the problem is corrected. His knowledge and professionalism was great piece of mind and I will not hesitate to recommend him to others and call him again (hopefully not, lol!) if need be. Stop your research. Here's your answer. I took the time out to find who I thought would be the best and originally went with one of the big companies. Three sprays later and the infestation was still apparent - shortly after each spray. I was hesitant at first with Accord because it was cheaper and I also wanted to avoid using any small 'guy with spray' outfits. As it turned out, one spray and that was it...no sign of bugs. The second spray really locked in the deal. I would highly recommend this company as they proved better than one of the international exterminator organizations and costing much less.
