The shittiest service ever. The customer service agents are not capable of doing their job. They need to be trained properly or is it lack of committment to their job. They dont have ANY customer service skills at all. They probably hate what they do. They should just resign their positions and stay home or should be on street begging for money instead of RUINING a companys image. I contacted the scarborough office and missisagua office( after hours call centre)

I called Orkin and booked an appointment and their good man showed up when he said he would. But he was told wrong information by Orkin's dispatch woman re the type of pest the person was dealing with. This was a problem because the Orkin guy didn't bring the right equipment / supplies and has to return. That's another 24 hours living with unwanted pests. So fail on the phone ladies here. But the guy they sent was great, very knowledgeable and fast.

I booked an appointment to remove a squirrel from the attic and they never showed up. It had been two days that I had to wait for them to find a date to slot me in and they never showed. I called to ask what’s up and they didn’t know my address or my phone number (both which were given prior to booking appointment?) and they seemed to have lost them. How brutal is that?? They need a new switch board lady! I cleared my afternoon to be around for this appointment. I’ll call someone else. Brutal!!! But the squirrel loves Orkin!! ???? ????

Matt at Orkin Pest Control has serviced me for many years as a landlord. Whenever I call he is very responsive and his service is very effective. Some infestations by their nature require more than one visit and he is always happy to return to achieve the desired result. If you need pest control in York Region, call Orkin and ask for Matt.

Definitely one of the worst customer service I've received. Requested them to do an inspection of my condo ASAP but never called back. Later next week they confirmed me an appointment by calling in and then a day before called in again to say that they were waiting for my confirmation. Really disappointed
