Dan Pugh with Lewis Pest Control is great. He does my quarterly pest control spraying. He calls the day before he is schedule to come to be sure it is convenient and arrives at the scheduled time. Today, because it is raining and nasty outside, he sat on my back steps and took his shoes off to avoid tracking in my house.

Sent in a request for contact on a Tuesday, Dan called me 30 minutes later to set up an appointment. He would’ve been there that day if I hadn’t been at work! He set me up for that Thursday and gave me a 9am arrival time. He showed up at 9am and apologized for “almost being late.” Explained to me everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and how it worked. Was honestly the sweetest man I’ve ever met in my life. 5 stars for Dan and 5 stars for Lewis for having great customer service and super fast scheduling. Will FOR SURE be using them again if needed and will ALWAYS request Dan! Would give 50 stars if I could!
