The experience with the lawn doctor has been great experience. In the early summer I was having a bad experience with weeds and another contractor I called several other companies and the lawn doctor was the only one that came through Hey came out and took a look at the mess I had and said he could take care of the problem. I did not really think it was possible but after several treatments in other suggestions he got us back in shape the lawn is looking good I'm looking forward to next year for it even look better can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend The Lawn DR. Thanks to the Matynka Family

Unfortunately, not only did the service not eliminate weeds, but they are very difficult to get a response from. Had questions after initial treatment, and despite leaving 2 voice messages and sending an email, their "customer service" representative Carrie did not reply for 6 days, and then only in response to my somewhat frustrated follow-up email, which indicated that I would cancel unless someone got back to me. She then proceeded to escalate the situation by referring to my previous email that she did not reply to, and in general seemed fine with losing a customer as long as she won the argument. All that aside, their initial application did not reduce the weeds, and they missed an entire section of my front yard. If you want to be frustrated and deal with a company that does not respond to customer needs, then this is the service for you!

Prompt , professional and a real person answers the phone! Answered all my questions, come out to my house in a good time frame- neat and considerate. My service was the organic mosquito control- nice to find a product that isn’t all yucky with harmful chemicals- thanks Lawn Doc!

I have a lot of creeping Charlie and other types of weeds. Ken returned my phone call quickly, came out and by the end of the visit, he had a game plan for getting rid of the weeds. Great response time and knowledge. I would recommend you give them a call.

In the last 4 years, I have used two different lawn companies to try to kill the weeds in my lawn without success. Ken researched my specific problem and sprayed twice and the weeds are gone. He is extremely professional and my neighbor was so impressed that he is now using The Lawn Doctor.

I’ve used TruGreen in the past and it was terrible, completely ruined my lawn and looked horrible. I was very upset the company didn’t do anything to help me. Switched to Lawn Dr after my neighbor started using them (because his lawn looked great) and in just a half years time, My lawn has never looked better! Highly recommended. Check Lawn Doctor out before signing with those other big companies. Lawn Dr specifically treats my lawn with what is needed and also applies 6 treatments compared to 4 by other companies for the same price!!
