It is a breeze to set up the appointment and Simon was assigned to do the initial investigation. Simon is very professional and very patient in explaining things that we are not aware of. Jimmy arrived early in the timeframe shared for his arrival, and performed a full review of our house (inc. attic and crawl space) for mouse activity. He was very methodical about identifying and sealing all access points for mice. Very professional! My husband thought there might have been a rodent that died in our garage due to a foul smell. I texted Issaquah Pest Control about the issue late Friday afternoon and they got back to me right away and scheduled for someone to come out on Monday! The technician came out on time and put on a mask before walking towards me (due to COVID-19 precautions). He examined the garage while I waited inside then he called me with his findings. This team is fantastic and helped us solve our rat problem. They were transparent about their pricing for one-time and ongoing service. I initially started with a one-time service, but upped it to ongoing. Easy transition with no surprise fees. Scheduling is a breeze and they update you with a text message when the tech is in route. Gavin was our technician and did an incredible job getting into all the tough spots throughout our home to seal off access points. Still, the rats continued to hang out in the wall (most likely trapped at this point) and we had to get very creative with getting a trap into the wall cavity. This above and beyond work has solved our rat problem. And I know with the ongoing service that if anything pops up, they will be right out to address it with no extra cost. I would highly recommend this team for your pest control needs.

He also made very good suggestions for prevention and recommendations for outside landscaping that helps with prevention. I heard about this business via Facebook from one of my groups. Half the comments on my post about pest control was recommending Issaquah Pest Control, a lot of people have had services from them and continue to with a quarterly plan. I know it sounds like a commercial but if you are looking for friendly, great service, please contact them. The staff on the phone is just as awesome and walk you through everything you need to know.

I was not home when Jordan applied the chemicals. They sent me a message about the confirmation. I was very curious why my surveillance did not pick up any human actions, but given them the benefit of the doubt by discussing this issue on phone with them. They very professionally handled the situation and went through the surveillance video footage with me. It turned out was my fault overlooking Jordan in the video. Todd also explain in detail what areas specifically have been applied chemicals. And once I expressed my concern about the entrance area, Todd agreed to come and apply some additional chemicals as well. So they have won my full trust! And I am planning to use their quarterly service in the future.

Felt it was a rip off and more small talk. We had an issue with mice. They came and put a few victor traps. That helped catching a few - problem remains unresolved. I then bought and put my own victor traps. The victor traps are available at many stores at less than 2 usd. I got them for $1.85 at Lowe’s. Felt no need to pay 300 plus dollars ???? for them to come , do their martketing spill , put the traps and come after two weeks to remove them. Invariably, the mice is caught the first day itself and the customer is the one disposing it off as they cannot wait for two weeks. These guys have an additional 75 usd charge if you ask them to come and dispose before two weeks. Value for money is rediculous.

We had a couple of ants show up in our kitchen the other day which is to be expected as it is the end of the summer so I didn't think anything about it. By the next day there were HUNDREDS. No joke, actual swarms. I talked with Jordan from Issaquah Pest Control about it and he set out about 3 or 4 pretty non-invasive traps. I just kind of avoided the kitchen for a day. By the next day there were zero ants. None. We have not seen a single one in over two weeks. Highly recommended. I can't imagine how long I would have dealt with that problem without them. Quick and easy scheduling too. No machines. A live representative. Which is a big deal for me. It couldn't have gone simpler!

Have been a recurring customer for ~9 months. Technicians were always cordial, but our insect/spider problem never fully went away. Recently, I've been handling the problem myself with better results. After cancelling my recurring service, was told that I would need one last treatment. Not ideal, but I understand that I was cancelling the day before so I agreed. The technician showed up for 2 minutes, picked up two unused rodent traps, billed me $50 and promptly left. No insecticide sprayed, no bait, nothing. Despite never fixing the problem, I've had no big complaints over the past 8 months. But this last interaction with Issaquah Pest Control has left a sour taste in my mouth. Edit: Revision from 2 stars. Issaquah Pest Control reached out promptly to try and make the situation right. Really appreciate the effort they took in clarifying the miscommunication -- very indicative of an honest company!

We developed a little ant problem after our neighbor's construction left a little gap in the complex. It started with a couple here and there. Over the next few days there were HUNDREDS. Issaquah Pest Control laid down a few traps. Apparently the ants take the poison back to the next and it either kills or alerts the rest of the tribe that this location is dangerous. We haven't had a problem since. The whole process took about 24 hours. Pretty efficient work! And a relief to be done with it all after the jolt of seeing swarms of ants on your kitchen counter.

I called Issaquah Pest Control when a worker at my house discovered a "bees' nest" in the exterior wall of my home. They asked me some questions and asked for pictures so they could determine if it was bees or wasps, and would have come out to verify if I had not been able to get a good picture of one of the wasps. They came out within a couple of days and even came back to put metal mesh and foam around the opening to prevent future infestations. Very professional. I will use them again.

We have used this company since they opened several years ago. We have been very impressed with how the business has grown and improved over time. They come and spray for pests 4 times a year and have also had to come over for emergency visits for rodents. They are very responsive and great at communicating with us. They send a text every time they come over and also send an email summary of what they did. One thing we really love about them is that there are no hidden charges for bug spray, traps, emergency visits or anything else. Very impressive since they have had to come out many times in addition to their 4 scheduled visits for periodic rodent issues (there is always construction in our neighborhood.) During these visits, they have gone around the house patching holes where rodents could be getting in, setting new traps, and clearing out existing traps. We always feel safe and comfortable with their technicians. They are respectful and always wear masks to protect us from COVID. We are so glad we signed up with them when we did! Though we feel a little guilty for getting such a great value for our annual contract. How many companies can you say that about?! :)

Their staff responds quickly to issues through all forms of communication, including Yelp messaging. I had an issue between quarterly services and they sent out a technician the next day to resolve the issue with ants. Not only do they provide a service, they educate you on pests prevention. In addition, their techs are very friendly, personable, and took all precautionary measures during COVID-19 social distancing guidance. I'm not one for normally leavening reviews but when you get exceptional service it deserves it. So I have a problem with small baby bees flying around my house. A couple years back I had a bunch of bees up in the attic and I thought I took care of it myself but apparently I was wrong. They came back to visit me so I called in a professional "Issaquah pest control" young man by the name of Andrew and the guy was outstanding he took the time to understand what I was complaining about and all of the details, asked good questions, walked around the house and checked out everything with a flashlight and you can tell this guy operating he has the experience and knows what he's doing. He had me going inside while he did the spraying and that was three maybe four days ago and I have not seen any of my baby bees flying around as of yet! outstanding service if you got a pest problem I highly recommend you call in the professionals like Issaquah pest control they use the stuff to get the job done that you cannot buy at home Depot and they know what they are doing I am highly impressed with there service and will be using them if I ever need them again.
