I had a great experience with Croach. In June I needed a termite inspection done to refinance my house. Blake Miner came out on a Saturday to do it so I could have the report to the finance company by Monday morning. He was thorough with the inspection and very efficient at what he does. He recommended of some repairs that could be done to help prevent some rodent and pest issues in the future. I appreciate the quick response for the inspection it let me do my closing on time. Since having pest control service I rarely find any creepy spiders in my house. The slug treatment they put down in my flower beds controls the slugs. Coach has great customer service and has always addressed my needs. They will come back in-between treatments if you are having activity. The treatment is save for animals also so no concerns to keep them out of the yard for a time period. I have been a very happy customer.

Within two days Randy came out and took great care of things! Randy got here on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He was not only very personable but also a true professional! We have been using Croach since we moved into our home about 6 years ago. They come out quarterly to do their normal thing and always show up when they say they're going to. Additionally, we've had to call them several times in between our regular service (once for wasps, once for ants in our house, once for mice in our garage) and they have always been able to come out quickly and fixed our issue to our satisfaction. After having the same technician for several years (he has left the company), today was our first experience with CJ. I caught a weird looking bug in my home. I called Croach, they came by and said it was termite. The promptly sent their termite person over to see if it was just a stray swarmer that hitched a ride and flew in through an open door or window. He was pretty thorough... He inspected the outside, inside and asked to look in my crawl space... I was happy to hear there was no evidence of termites in or around my home. Thumbs up... :-)

We moved to Kirkland from Port Orchard a couple of months ago. We didn't know a soul in our new area so when we needed a residential pest control company to spray and treat our new home for pests, we asked our new neighbors who they used for their residential and commercial pest control (they own a restaurant) and they said PestFree. From the first moment we called them we felt good about it. They were friendly, helpful and the technicians were great. They have done a pretty routine bee removal since then (I knew we had a lot of bees hanging around the tree in our backyard but I didn't see the hive until they pointed it out) and dealt with a bed bug control issue after we got a couple of donated mattresses that unfortunately had bed bugs and we should have inspected more closely. Our neighbors have had some problems with wildlife control so if we have any need of that service, we will call Pest Free for that as well. It's nice knowing we already have people to rely on, that give us great advice and take care of business.

I had just moved into my home, had it fully inspected by another well establish pest company, then when Croach was in my small neighborhood checking in on their other clients they stopped to chat... immediately the gal from Croach noticed two wasps nests above my garage door (this was a service I was currently paying for with the other pest company) She offered to walk around and see if she could spot anything else... 9 wasp nests later and dozens of massive spider webs later I hired Croach on the spot... I had just had the full infection with the other pest two months before, and two weeks before was my monthly service... none of these nests or webs were caught by them... When her team came back out to do their official inspection and initial spraying, they also set traps for mice... 9 wasp nest and 3 mice removed! I feel like the other company was asleep at the wheel! Croach even offers a better rate for way more service!

Spiders in you and your kids beds for about 2 weeks. Just try to get them on the phone. See yelp reviews as well. They have changed their name before as well. They tried to come out to my house in North Bend on January 2, 2017. It was frozen, snowing and Ice cycles. Really?? Canceling and paying the $450. cancel fee. without letting them come out to my house. Keep the $450. lesson well learned. Not a good way to make a living people. These 5 star reviews are bogus. Who only does one review and 5 stars and its the only review they ever posted. Come on Man! Where does the deceit end?

After inspecting our home, Trevor Hopkins, Pest Specialist, showed us, precisely, the issues we faced. Over 400 spiders' nests were in the eves of our home. BE SURE TO READ THEIR CONTRACT! Massive cancellation fee! After receiving two scheduled services from Croach, our pest problem was not resolved. The ants returned in no time at all, for which they had some excuse about disturbing their nest or whatever. We decided that we don't have room in our budget for quarterly services THAT AREN'T EFFECTIVE, so we decided to cancel. They informed me that there would be a $220 cancellation fee. As a person who is unemployed due to Covid, this was not a nice surprise, though I should have read the contract more carefully. You are not paying for 5 isolated services in a calendar year, you are paying for a full calendar year, broken up into 5 services, and they will get that money from you somehow. Crazy, being that their services wasn't even effective. The woman on the phone who helped me cancel was condescending and made tasteless implications about my unemployment status. I do not recommend this company. I'll buy some insect treatment and traps at the hardware store instead, being that that's all they used anyhow.

After signing up with the door to door high-pressure sales person, I had three applications poorly executed missed ants mounds and insecticide running down my exterior walls and windows I decided to cancel the service, I was not told about a cancellation fees until months later when they decided to take me to collections for 190.00 they were very rude and aggressive on the phone when I tried to resolve the issue.

Choose another company. I cancelled with them, paid the penalty, which they tax you on. They put out rodent traps which YOU must take care of. If you have a pest issue between services YOU must contact them(they dont do between service follow-ups). No interior services were offered. And I do better spraying with HomeDefense and Tempo.If you call their billing office, a gal answers and offers to help, gets all your info and then says she needs to transfer you that she can't help. However I did get my eves swept once....Choose Pointe!!!

I called other pest control companies who just couldn't get the rodent control done effectively as they kept coming back. I wish I'd called Pestfree earlier! They responded so quickly and not only got rid of the rodents but did our house insulation as well by replacing our crawl space insulation and sealing up entry points. I would recommend not wasting your time with other pest companies that do half the job - get rid of the varmints with the help of this pest service that also does the job of insulation companies. The entire time he was telling me about his business he never once mentioned that we needed to sign a contract. So the next day, I call and after he takes my card information he then tells me about a contract. I then cancelled everything. TELL THE TRUTH AND TELL US EVERYTHING BEFORE TAKING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

So far, very pleased with the service provided by Croach. Yes, they came by in the afternoon and gave their sales pitch. Yes, they wanted to schedule right away and wanted payment info upfront. However, as they were going through the garage, etc, a HUGE Hobo spider and a possible Brown Widow were identified. Additionally, a large Hobo spider nest and eggs were found. So, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technicians arrived promptly and introduced themselves. They were courteous and professional. They were done in approximately one hour. The ONLY complaint I can lodge is that they forgot to close one of our backyard gates. Luckily, none of our dogs got out. I would, and will, recommend them to others.

Actual service at my home was fine, used them for approximately 2 years. I had to cancel my service because of other issues. Called customer service and canceled and asked for final bill to be mailed. Two days later recieved a voicemail asking to pay balance over the phone. Fine, whatever. I did that a day or two later. Final bill arrives in the mail with a threat of taking me to collections if my bill isn't paid promptly. That's not how you treat customers who are always prompt in paying their bills.

[Rodent service call] The service specialist Jesse Weaver was excellent -- very thorough, professional, courteous, and pleasant. He arrived on time, expertly answered all of my questions regarding rodents and questions about the different measures and pest control devices that Croach put in place to safeguard against rodents (e.g. crawl space traps, exterior bait stations, etc.). I have been using Croach for 5+ years, and have always found their service to be very good for the fair service fees they charge.

I am only leaving one star because they will not let me leave a lower rating. I signed up for a years service with them I completed that service and then when I spoke with them on the phone I said I no longer want to receive their services. I choose not to continue because I did not receive the service I was promised when I signed up. They had promised to help me fix some issues I was having involving bird getting into my attic, which they never delivered on. That is not the reason they are getting a low score they are getting a low score for what followed when I asked to not receive their services anymore. Once I requested to end my service they sent someone out and charged me for it. I then made repeated calls to try and speak with someone and it took 9 phone calls just to get someone to pick up during their normal business hours, this is not acceptable. On top of that the lady who "helped" me new nothing and was going to have an account manager call me back, which never happened. I have since tried contacting them a few more times getting told there is nothing they can do and they will have an account manager call me back, this has yet to happened. Now I have been contacted by a collection agency which I have explained the situation to which I will probably end up having to pay to avoid and credit issues. Needless to say I would not recommend this company if you do not believe me just try calling their office or check their BBB reviews, I am not the first person they have done this to.

Michael came to the house a few days ago and did a completely thorough job of trying to get on top of our ant situation. He gave me several tips and thoughts on how the problem got to such an extreme point. He said he found large quantities of ants around the perimeter of the house. He treated these aggressively. Trevor came out to my house to do the monthly pest control. He was new for us, recently trained. I filled him in on our recent mice infestation that we've been fighting a while now. Long story short, the Croach team came out and tried to take care of the problem, we paid lots of money for new insulation, for them to kill and clean up the mess, etc. and a whole area was forgotten about. The mice were still running around in our crawl spaces and who else knows where. I was very dissatisfied with their work. Trevor came and really tried to make things right by checking on the mice traps, taking away the dead mice, cleaning up anything and really trying to find the point of entry. As soon as Trevor left, I did get a call from Croach's office and we are getting someone back out to help again. Trevor really did go above and beyond to make sure as a customer my needs were being met!

Justin, their sales representative came to my home three times. He assured me that I could cancel at any time if I was dissatisfied with their service and he would personally see to it. When I used Bulwark I never saw scorpions near my house. I have a large yard and one was seen in the back by the pool pumps in nearly 2 years of service. The problem was spiders. Croach took care of the spiders, but about a month after their second visit a scorpion was seen on the patio near the grill. I called them twice but they never returned my call. A week later my spouse called the national number a received another phone number. The tech came very soon and did a remarkable job spraying everywhere. 10 days later there was a scorpion next to my chair where we have coffee in the morning. I called Croach and cancelled their service about a month ago. For the past week I have been harassed about a cancellation fee. It seems Justin conveniently forgot about his promise. In all fairness, the techs at Croach do try hard. In my opinion, their product is inferior. If Justin comes to your door, I would recommend that you slam it in his face! I am back with Bulwark and have not seen anymore scorpions.

I am highly disappointed with this company. I signed up for pest control services with Croach back in 2016. I signed up for monthly services which were meant to run $60 a month. Great! I had then basically stopped paying attention to the bill as this was (what I thought) a simple fee for simple service. As time went on, the techs who would visit my home would leave debris all over my yard, driveway and walk ways. So I started shopping for another company. I found one and then immediately called Croach to cancel my service. Months later I am being billed for services that I did not authorize which took place after I cancelled my account with Croach. Upon numerous phone conversations with this company I was told that they have “no record of my cancellation and they would research and get back to me”. Which is complete and utter BS. If you are considering hiring Croach, I would recommend that you maintain a written record of all conversations with this company as I did not. Now I am having to pay for services that I never wanted. I caution any home owner looking to use Croach services.

I've been with this company for over 5 years and will recommend them to anyone having issues with pest control. I originally started working with them at my last house to help with spider control and we were on a 3 month plan for years and never had any issues with spiders. We transferred the service to our new home and they continued the same service inside and out. Before we transferred the service I did get quotes from other companies in my local area to see if going with a local company would be less cost and nobody could beat their price or provided services. Just recently we had an issue with ants inside the house and they came out the next business day. The technician was fantastic! He treated all the areas I pointed out but also did an outside investigation/treatment and found the hive which was coming out of the crawl space so he went and treated that area as well. We will definitely continue to work with Croach and I recommend them to anyone with or even to prevent pests/insects.

They have responded to call backs when I notice issues that need resolved, and have always followed up to ensure I was happy with the level of service. The only reason they didn't get the fifth star was because this past summer I had an issue with some stubborn bees hiding in my siding on the second floor. I've had this service for several months now and the experience with them is spotty at best. They have wonderful service people and terrible service people, but the real problem seems to be in the office. I called to complain about a service person telling me off when he arrived without the equipment to do the job and after 2 PM when the appointment was scheduled for the morning. He was unprepared and rude. OK seems and easy fix. He refused to leave the front of my home. I called the office and talked Matthew in the office, Matthew asked if I could just let cranky tech do the service. This was after I had spoken to Matthew to complain that the technician had "told me off". I said I was concerned about what kind of service he would provide given we had a disagreement and the tech seemed woefully unprepared. Matthew said they would send someone by to check up on the work. They didn't. He also said I wouldn't have to deal with that tech again. Ok. I'm a patient person and regretting that now. Just a few minutes ago and a week later Matthew called to ask it I would still allow the tech who had told me off when I complained he was late and unprepared (no ladder I had to get mine out for him) Still service my account. I was shocked. It didn't sound like Matthew would take NO for an answer. Angry I said OK and I'm going to decide whether or not to cancel my contract altogether. They are cheap but you pay in a dozen different ways. Not impressed. Strongly suggest you use a different provider or expect to upsaled and get poor service if you don't pay through the nose.

This company just does not have it together. Every time they schedule to come to the house, they are late, don't know what they are doing, send a different person than the last time, haven't read the notes and are unprepared. Each tech is nice enough, just clueless. And, on several occasions, their bill was inaccurate. This morning, they did not show up for the scheduled appointment and they are not answering their phones. Last time, they had to come 2x (and waste my time) because they weren't properly prepared for the job the first time. Croach was recommended to me by a friend. I have not been disappointed. I receive a quarterly service around the outside of my home. There is a bit of a rodent problem. They have gone the extra mile at no extra charge to assist me in controlling the population. Much appreciated.

Had a random Croach rep show up at my door the other day. If this guy is how they are hoping to make money.... They need to think again. He showed up and said he had just signed our neighbor up for service. Mistake #1... Don't lie to me. We checked. Our neighbor did NOT sign up for the service. Mistake #2...don't ever make sexist women jokes!. He was trying to explain how removing spiders also removes their waste...."and yes It's true, spiders and your wife do poop". Are you kidding me!. I ended his little schpiel right there and told him to get off my property. Sorry Croach, we were actually in the market for an exterminator, you will not be on our short list.

Don't use this company's service. Read the reviews about this business in BBB or elsewhere. You will know that this business truly is. Be aware of their door-to-door sales, because they lie and use tactics to trap you in an expensive agreement. That costs me $500 eventually to learn this lesson, that never believe those door-to-door sale person and signing any document with them is stupid. The sale told me they would do an initial treatment, and come back to check the results in 30-45 days. They use the language to make you feel this revisit is part of the initial service. But the truth is they would charge you $129 plus taxes for that revisit. I knew this when I received the bill. But actually I didn't see any people around at the claimed service day, and received no notice for their revisit prior to that day. The worse part is I found more and more spiders and cobwebs inside my house and garage after their two consecutive treatments in one month. My house is a brand new building of only several months age. We didn't see spiders in the house before their treatment, but spotted some webs around the house. Try to call them for this issue, and just found I can never reach a real person during their business hours. What you can do is leaving a message and waiting for someone call back in the following several days. if you unfortunately missed that call, no second attempt would be made and you have to call them again, leave a message, wait for their call back patiently and wish you are not busy when they call. I decided to cancel the service and just found I have to pay 75% of the remaining full service or $200 for early-termination. An expensive lesson: say no to those soliciting person and never sign a document before you fully know what it is.

a man claiming to be from this company came by our home twice yesterday. first in the mid afternoon but nobody was home (we have him recorded on our camera) and then again during dinner. he was rain soaked and had no literature or business card with him. we felt bad because he was drenched but found it very odd that he would be going door to door without any material to explain their services. tried calling the company several times today just to see if that man actually works for them, but nobody answered. i am suspicious of these people and will definitely not do business with them.

Michael forgot to check under outhouse for pests/vermin. As of this writing, we are awaiting his return to complete the job. Admittedly this is a very bad day for him. He had to drive approx 150 miles through a terrible traffic mess to get here and was two hours behind schedule when he arrived.

Their staff is amazing! So courteous and friendly! I had ants in my bathroom and after just one treatment they are gone! It was raining the day they came out and so they sent another person the next day! He even sprayed the places in the house that the other guy couldn't go due to my dogs being locked in that room because of the rain! Highly recommend
