A little late for my review... I believe they no longer have the Redmond location that I originally called so I'll leave a review at this location instead. We had just moved in to our new (but old) home. Had them come out to help me find the source of what smelled like a dead rodent. To do that, I had to have an inspection done. Nothing was found, but as part of the inspection, traps were put in the crawl space. A diagram was also made where potential entry points could be. All not really helpful. The technician also asked to use the restroom after the inspection was complete. Not sure why I said yes after they had just crawled around the nasty crawl spaces. Two years later, the traps remain untouched in the crawlspace. They don't come back and check them for you. Pretty lame. Am I supposed to go hunt for where the technician put them? If I wanted to go in the crawl space and manage traps, I wouldn't have had someone else come do it for me in the first place. I never even got a follow up call / email to see how things were here at home. Overall, not satisfied.

I know this company well. It is a family owned and operated company and the office has a helpful and friendly vibe. The owner has a deep love for the Northwest and the environment. Everyone cares about the client and happy to educate as well as service people's home. My tech would come out every 2 months and check my home for any pest problems from ants to rats. He would show me how to keep rodents away by not letting shrubs grow against the house etc.

Very grateful to Tom for a great exclusion job. I worked with a different company prior to switching to Cascade. So here’s the difference. Cascade came up with a plan to exclude rodents from my crawlspace. They charged me for the service, and it took Tom several hours to complete the job. But now for the first time we have no more mice, though we are surrounded by woods. The service specialist Tom really knows what he’s doing and is committed to keeping our home healthy and clean. He recommended a Maintenance plan not based on cost but based on our needs, which saves us money over the long run compared to the company we worked with before who never got rid of the mice.

I used Cascade from June 2011 until November 2015 when I sold my house. Cascade was brought in during the purchase of the house in 2011 to do some exclusion work, replace a vapor barrier, and lock down the house from critters. They did a great job, not only did they replace the vapor barrier, replace our insulation in the crawl space, but did the exclusion so well that 4+ years, we never had another incident. They came every other month, never had issues with billing, etc. The specialist they sent in 2011 was the most knowledgable 'rodent guy' I've ever met, and weirdly had a passion for understanding the little bastards. Our routine every other month guy always called 3 days prior to the appointment, he checked crawl, attic, house, and our .75 acre plot every time. They were friendly, you could e-mail your needs to them, and were in general, fantastic. You wouldn't expect to ever feel like you'd miss your pest control company, but it's hard to find quality, personal, solid vendors where you feel like they actually care about their individual customers. The only thing that could have made them better, would be to accept American Express!

Cascade was able to send someone out the next day to set traps, and also made an assessment for points of entry that needed to be addressed. Very expensive. They will load you into annual schemes. Go for other pest control companies. They keep you into loops & loops so that you have to keep calling them every 3 months for different things. Every pest or bug or rodent etc is all extra charge . They even charge extra for calling them to your property for getting an estimate.

But the rodent problem was never solved, mostly due to the fact the owner was too overweight to crawl underneath the house. They were able to have somebody at my house to deal with a bee's nest under my deck in about an hour. Michelle came to our rescue. She made sure that the bee's did not have open access into a bedroom ceiling since we have seen a couple of bee's in that room lately. She did find a water leak and some mold and informed me about that while she was doing her inspection. She answered all my questions including me asking about risks to our dogs. She has dogs so she understood. She educated me on the type of bee's that have made the nest along with expectations for there activity. Would use this company again.

We had Cascade come out to determine how bad our rodent problem was. They placed rodents traps in our crawls space, around the perimeter of our hose. Traps were left for 1 week. Tech came out and found no rodents. Some of the bait had been tampered with on the exterior of the house. They left the traps for one more week, came back and checked, there was no signs of any more rodents. They have a very effective way of finding rodents and correcting the problem. Thankfully we didnt have a rodent problem. If there was they would have found them and defeated them with the process they use. Definitely recommend Cascade Pest control to get rid of rodent problems. They have follow up visit on a quarterly basis if needed and the price seemed very reasonable and affordable. Bradley Robling

During consultation, we discussed that they wouldn’t drill through that material, but when we got home you could tell they did. I cannot praise Don and his team at Cascade Pest Control.They came to our rescue,and helped us overcome a horrible rat problem,due to the incompetence of another company we previously hired.The difference between the companies was night & day.Cascade's technicians found the entry points within the first hour of a full inspection of our home.The Manager Don even came by to meet me in person,which meant' a lot to me.Cascade truly cared and understood how to handle our horrible situation.The service felt very personable.We had some large rats die in the sub floors of our home,causing a smell that was just unbearable.They went right to work,and stayed late in the evening each day to resolve the problem as quickly as they could.We had to demo the entire living room ceiling,in order for them access to extract the rats and install new insulation.They sealed up all of the entry points.We have been with Cascade ever since,and nine months later,no rats in our home. You will never know how horrible it is to have rats in your home,until it happens to you.Trust me...you do not want to go through what we experienced.I would highly recommend this company to resolve any pest problem,or better yet PREVENT any pest problem.

Today, I had a conversation with the manager, and he literally acknowledged that it's Cascade's mistake that they set up the wrong expectations with me for the service plan. Manager flat out said "it is what it is" even after acknowledging that if was gap on their end. I felt like there was lack of effort in his tone to help the customers out, lack of willingness to empathize with their customers, and lack of transparency in the communications. I don't think customers deserve such services from the business representatives and especially the managers.

Kris and Max did a tidy and professional job of installing bird spikes around the eves. I was really impressed with the fact that they have “warranties” on certain pests as long as they continue to come back to the same area. (hornets) The customer service is also amazing! I will definitely use them again for any pest problem we ever have. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they got us in quick! We haven’t seen any ants since they have come back for our second treatment which is awesome because I was getting so tired of putting out bait traps myself and get rid of the black “aunts” ???? in my kitchen then the uncles would show up in a different spot! ????

Our Spray tech, Larry, very professional. Mask, booties, ID, and verbally ID'ed himself. Larry was on time, listened and replied appropriately, viewed my taped sample, took a picture and confirmed with his Supervisor his opinion and treatment. Estimate was $135.00, and that was applied to our bill. Larry did the application needed, and we haven't seen our pest since. I'd recommend Cascade, and Larry to all.

These guys are excellent. Since 2006 Cascade has been providing quarterly service at our home in Bellevue, WA. We have a large property in a highly wooded area. Past year, they have changed the technician who is visiting us, he is not diligent in the service at all. We live in an area near woods so mice are part of the environment, but couldn't have them in our home. He completed the exclusion work for our crawl space along with follow-up trap checks and service enabling no more mice. We selected bi-monthly follow-up to allow for the exclusion warranty and to keep things under control. It also helped the Bryant was a really nice guy!
