I like the method that Elite uses to clean the house windows. They do not use ladders that eventually buckle the eaves-troughs, as all is completed from the ground. Windows sparkle when done. Professional workers. I have no problem giving Elite a recommendation.

Hired Elite for exterior window and gutter cleaning for a house we've recently moved into. The reps showed up and told me my gutters were clean and that if I'm seeing dripping/pooling it must be from something else, and took the entire charge off the bill instead of taking our money. Taylor and Matt worked very well on problem solving together with my old slider windows that are incredibly difficult to maneuver for cleaning. Through trial and error then success and keeping very cool heads they were able to dissemble very poorly designed aluminum frame window panes and clean them up beautifully! I've had Elite come every year for at least the past 5 years. Today, Kayla and Emma did a great job cleaning my windows (interior and exterior) and window tracks. They were even able to clean the upper windows over the patio, which were impeded by string lights and a shade sail. They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional.

Lovely to deal with, friendly and efficient service. The two fellows who showed up were very pleasant and nice, my only complaint is that they did not clean 5 windows which I had specifically asked that they do. The rest of the windows looked good except for a few places where there were drips down the glass. Overall, not entirely happy with the result but pleased with the services in general.
