Very professional service, Imran is always on time for his visits. Extremely effective applications. We used various procedures for mice control but in vain. With only one application from Rapid Pest Control, we saw drastic reduction of mice movement. After a couple of follow up sessions, no more mice. Really happy with the results. We never had any bugs. My condo was fine. My daughter's friends came for sleep over and some how the bed bugs arrived in my home, spread and they made our lives into hell. Rapid Pest Control did a really really great job. After their 2 service, we do not have bed bugs complaint. I definitely recommend any one who has this problem.

The service that we received from Rapid Pest Control was nothing short of exceptional. When we began to suspect that we had mice running between our floorboards, we called and within the next few hours, Imran had traps set up strategically throughout the house and garage, and follow-up appointments made--and kept. Fair price for the peace of mind we received, especially with a newborn in the house and a fear of mice getting into his room. Will certainly call again if we have any future problems.

After moving into a house, we found out our old apartment neighbours had bed bugs.... They must have spread into our unit and onto our furniture shortly before we moved, so unfortunately we took them with us... And spread the furniture ALL THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE when we moved in. We were in hysterics... Those little bastards disrupt your whole life. We were paranoid, anxious, and unable to sleep. Imran's schedule was very accommodating. He came to fumigate the very night we called him. This was a huge relief as we thought we might have to wait days. He and his associate were very thorough, checking the entire house and finding the little demons in 3 locations (2 of which we were unable to find ahead of time). Imran was actually confident the problem might have been eradicated in one go, and told us to keep checking for signs of them. By the time we were due for our follow up treatment we had only seen one live bug and he seemed very sick/close to death. He must have been exposed to the chemicals and was perhaps on his way out anyways. Imran came and did the follow up treatment anyways, and this time found no bugs, so we are hopeful this means we are free to resume our lives. Fingers crossed, and thanks Imran/Rapid Pest Control

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Rapid Pest Control, and, frankly, I’m not sure what I spent $423.75 on. When I initially called about the service and explained that we had caught a few mice in our basement (a fairly new home - only 6 years old), I was assured that the problem would be taken care of (eliminating all mice) and that all potential mouse entrance points would be sealed off, excluding extreme damage that would require professional work. The service I paid for included three visits, and more if the problem was not eliminated. During Rapid’s second visit, I was told that the mice were gone, as the poison traps he had set had hardly been eaten. However, shortly after that visit, we caught a few more mice. During the third visit, we were once again told that the mice were gone, but, again, we trapped a mouse two days later. Very disappointing. We are under “guarantee” for a year from our first visit, but I don’t see how that helps. Our first visit was over two months ago, and the problem was supposed to be a non issue by now, so I don’t see how another visit will magically fix our issue. Furthermore, after doing some research about weeping holes in brick, I learned that mice could get in through those small crevices. During the second visit, I asked the technician if he could fill those holes and he said it that was not included in his service. Then what did I pay over $400 for? Putting steel wool in one little crack, apparently. Definitely not worth the money!

he came and removed a wasp nest that was the size of a soccer ball over my patio door, he sprayed it, removed it and cleaned it! He was reasonably priced and id say we got what we paid for! Was Happy with his service. Thank you.

Awful customer service! Came to my house to deal with a wasp problem I was having on my roof. First he upped the original quote. Then he left that day because it was raining and told me he would be back in a couple of days to do the job and asked for full payment on the spot. I agreed to pay once the job was done. He never returned to do the job!

I found bed bug in master bedroom and got paranoid about it. Started looking on homestars and found Rapid Pest Control as the most recommended. Imran dropped by for inspection and infestation. He is expert and knowledgeable in his services. He explained causes and how to avoid it for recurrence. It’s been six months of treatment and we are having peaceful sleep. He came charged us for the work, and guess what? He didn’t do it properly and didn’t do the places he was suppose to spray. I wish I stayed there and watched what he was doing before leaving my house for him. After letting him know about the reappearance of these parasites, he refunded my money but end result was worse then before. Horrible! His name was Imran.

We were greatly satisfied with the service! We moved from an apartment that was severely infested with roaches and found a couple in our new home. Imran came in on a weekend and offered a thorough service that would ensure that the roaches were completely eliminated. The service was extremely effective. He even followed up a couple months later after I had noticed one roach. He assured me that it was likely an unrelated one-time incident and that our home was not infested but still provided another treatment since his services are guaranteed. Highly recommend!
