Guy never came back for 2nd treatment.. took the full payment on 1st visit.. kept making excuses.. told me he will be coming and never even bothered texting me or calling me and of course became not reachable ... would never recommend this guy.. waste of time and money

Had trouble with wild spiders and mice in the house but fortress pest solutions did a fantastic job in eliminating such species. I highly recommend Fortress for there service and reliability. Thanks Daniel mirin hard.

The absolute worst. Took our money and ran. Came set up traps and never came back! Completely ignores my husbands calls and makes excuses as to why he was a no show. Save your money.. pay more and hire someone reliable.

Horrible. Deposited my check and never came back to finish the job. Ignored my messages multiple times. When he did respond, he kept saying he would come the next day for sure but no one ever showed up. When I asked for a refund, he stopped responding and won't answer our phone calls! DO NOT hire this company, he will take your money and run.

This company came into get rid of cockroaches in the house. It didnt get rid of the problem. We tried to get them back in to deal with the issue further with no response. They took the money and ran. Worst decision I have made. DO NOT waste your time or money.

Complete waste of time. Would never show up when he said he would. Always had a new excuse or family emergency. Dragged out the pest control process longer than it should of. In the final end he didn't even fix the pest problem. Do not hire Fortress. You will not be happy with their service.
