Came to them with a big carpenter ant problem that was likely caused by an old leak. I was going crazy thinking about pulling down walls or who-knows-what-else. Luckily, I reached out to Guardian Pest Control. I sent them pictures and got an immediate response. The service was professional and more importantly- clean, safe and contained. Peter is great at his job. We had a rat problem and called a company called BugMaster out of Kelowna. What a big mistake. They could not distinguish between mice or rat droppings even though I told them I caught a rat. They were more interested in sell insulation for my attic than getting rid of the rodent problem. They only placed mouse poison and filled a few holes around the home (this cost almost $1000.00). After all this we called Peter at Guardian Pest Control. Peter is very quick at responding and knows his job very well. Peter knew right away it was rats. He set up stations around the out side of the house and within 1 month the rat problem has dissipated. If you want the job done correctly call Peter he is the best in the Okanagan. Thanks again Peter.

If I was to use one word to describe this company, it would be relief. The relief of having a professional take a look around your house. For a while I been trying to get rid of our "box elder" bugs, of which there seem to be more and more each year and for the last two years have been coming into the house every winter. Finally I decided to call an exterminator. Peter came promptly, reviewed the location, prepared the pesticide from his van and then sprayed the area where all the bugs were. Now, five days later I'm still looking for a live one but I can't find any, not even one. So thank you "Guardian Pest Control"

We would absolutely recommend Guardian Pest Control to anyone with a pest issue. We discovered rats in our home. No idea how long they had been invading us but after seeing one run through the house we started investigating and found signs of them all over. Very disgusting. We googled pest control and found Peter with Guardian. He had a good rating so we called. Now we know why his ratings were so high. He earned them. From the first time he came we knew this was the person to help us. Very informative and friendly. He checked our place out, didn't rush anything. Before he left we had two rat traps down and he showed us where to plug holes. From that first day we've not ever seen another live rat and, also only one dead one. There are no dead rats around and no more live ones. He checks in on us regularly and makes sure the traps are ok. We will continue to use Guardian Pest Control to make sure we are completely free from rats all the time. Peter is a 5 star service for sure.

I called Peter at Guardian under distress as I saw something in the new house I bought. He came as soon as he could (within a few hours) and did a free inspection. I found him very knowledgeable and comforting. He could see mouse droppings in the house, that was recently treated by another company! Peter rebaited the existing traps that had substandard bait and placed them appropriately. He came back a few days later to check the traps to see if there was activity.
