We got home pest control done from them. They advised 6 months gurantee. We had issues within 6 months and they came few times but could not resolve the issue. We had problems within 6 months and after that they said we need to pay for service person's visit . People please make sure when the service guy comes ask him to make sure if he is discovering the entry points for pests outside the property which have to be fixed . If he does just a casual round of the property and does not tell you where could be the entry point for the pest the issue will not be resolved. I am not happy since the issue was not resolved.

I had called to book an appointment to take care of our mouse problem. The booking process was quick, and we got an appointment for the same week. Javaid came and inspected the whole premises and put bait traps and bait throughout the house, including our attic. He was courteous, thorough, and clean. He checked in after the appointment to see if we had seen any more signs of the mice, and withing about 3 weeks we seem to be rodent free! Great company, and really like that we also have a guarantee that comes with the service. Would definitely reccommend and use again.

i chose this company because they had great reviews online, i had a really bad bed bug infestation to the point where not only was i getting bitten everyday, but i could actually see them .the price was the lowest out of all the companies i looked at and they were the only ones that offered two treatments. the technician,Naseer was extremely helpful, he worked with my schedule which is extremely stiff and answered all the questions i had. truth be told i think my problem was solved after the first treatment but i got a second one today , which is very reassuring.Everyone seems very helpful, from the dispatcher to the technician, Thank you so much Naseer !!!!!!!

It was one of the most devastating experiences in my life and Pestend helped me through it. Javaid the technician is very professional and thoughtful; he understands that my two cats are the most precious things in my house and yet at the same time there are a lot of items associated with them that are quiet difficult to clean, wash, wrap in preparation process but he carefully worked through all the messy stuff in the house. For which I wholeheartedly appreciated. I also appreciate his following up almost every two weeks to see if the bugs re-appear. his diligence is just beyond the best, bar none. The only thing I would add is that the company felt I could salvage my upholstered bed frame and the mattress and also that we would need to keep sleeping in it to "lure the bugs out" to make it work; despite my better judgement though I'm not the expert here, I followed to their recommendation. In the end we killed (using painter's tape) probably more than 100 bed bugs in the week following the 1st treatment and decided enough is enough and still threw out both the mattress and the frame. At that time the wall and even ceiling had some bugs crawling here and there. It's one thing when you don't know you had bed bugs in the room but it's totally another thing when you know they're there and you had to sleep inside and watch them running in front of your eyes. I felt had I thrown out both items in the first place I would have much less headaches and stress in the two-week period between the two treatments. I know they had good intensions but that's not something I would recommend.

Im very happy with their services. We have a serious infestation of bed bugs in one of our rooming rental. We use service from another company but the bed bugs won’t go away. It was so serious that some of my tenants move out because of it. Luckily Pestend came and got rid of it for us. It took them 4 session (it was because the tenants never really prep it as per instruction). To our absolute horror, we discovered bed bugs one night. I called Pestend at 8:30am the following morning and they arranged to meet me THAT day for a consultation. Everything was explained very clearly to me and my mind was put to ease that our problem would be gone soon. Zafar, and his team showed up the very next day and we received the heat treatment. I live in downtown Toronto. In the past, I had used Pestend Pest Control for a mouse infestation. This summer, my house was infested by rats due to local infrastructure upgrades. The dispatcher who took my call, was knowledgeable and pleasant. A technician arrived at my house promptly and diagnosed the issues. After a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, he determined several areas in the foundation and lower brickwork that were damaged. These cracks and holes might not have been apparent to an inexperienced pest control specialist. Luqman Butter set up numerous feeding stations for the rodents and took the time to explain which areas of the brickwork needed attention. He was thorough, courteous and genuinely concerned about preventing future infestation. I then had a masonry company come in and do extensive repairs on the brickwork. However, signs of re-infestation occurred within three months, I called Pestend in again. Luqman arrived the next day, refilled the feeding stations and re-examined the house for rodent entry points. He found a large hole that was hidden behind my neighbour's staircase which was the likely where the rats were getting into the house. He patiently answered all my questions. The charges for the visit was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Just got the keys to our new home; first thing we notice was a dead mice underneath our first floor toilet sink. We called Pestend right away. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough, he took the time to walk us through how mice potentially get into our home, proper ways to handle mice droppings, prevent additional mice coming in, and lay down several traps. However due to our home and the deck built around it, he was not able to check any further. Not a fault to Pestend, but if you have a similar situation, inaccessible to the foundation wall from outside, you might be better off laying down several traps yourself until you can properly fix your foundation.

We had a recurring ant issue from the summer and hired Pestend Control this spring based on the many positive reviews. Javaid was the tech who performed the service and was simply amazing and highly professional. My wife was at home and praised him for how professional he was. Very effective, professional and courteous job! We had to avoid using our side entrance because wasps had an invisible nest inside the roof of the door covering. Wasps were coming and going all day and opening the door would result in wasps in our house! The technician put on his special suit and "did his thing" - a day later the wasps were pretty much all gone except the odd stray confused wasp. Today I see no wasps at all. Great experience overall. Fazee came in and diagnosed our bed bud problem right away. He was thorough in his inspection and located many sources. Treatment was booked right away and we've had no problems since the first treatment. Fazee came in for a follow-up after a couple of weeks and finished the job with a dust treatment. He took time to apply the treatment everywhere needed even put extra treatment in my kitchen just in case for other insects. I was so impressed with PestEnd and how they helped me get rid of a few carpet beetles. To save money on assessing what type of bug it was, I sent a photo and they identified it for me. I appreciated them trying to circumvent the cost. Someone was able to come put the day I called which was very helpful in addressing the problem immediately. He showed up in full ppe and explained what he would do to solve the problem. His advice on sealing the baseboards professionally was helpful. I was very nervous as I have never has a bug problem ever and he assured me that my condo was in good hands. While it is exspensive, I do find their rates comparable with other companies. Very thankful for a company that does such good work, and in a timely and kind manner.

My condo has had an issue since Dec 2016 and had a regular contracted pest control company and upon complaining about finding a dead cockroach in the mailbox, they ignored my complaint until the warmer weather brought out hordes of roaches. The property manager recommended having this contractor come in and use an insect growth repellent (spray) along with Max Force gel bait, but we had already purchased Advion gel bait on Amazon, and the work this contractor did actually made it worse. We gave it 2 days and then I had enough and reverted to using our gel again. The roaches were coming from everywhere - and I mean EVERYWHERE: front door, baseboards, ceiling, laundry room, bathroom fan, sink overflow holes, underneath the sinks (bathroom and kitchen), cabinets, and I can go on and on but you get the point. So, I did some research about this company and found that they tend to get the highest reviews. Of course our condo property manager couldn't complain about the cost because it was his fault for not doing anything. So; "Fazee" came in and I showed him an IGR that I had used as well which was also purchased from Amazon, and he complained out loud that people shouldn't be able to buy this...I let it go, but if he lived through our nightmare, he would understand. Heck, I can't even take a #2 without a roach falling on top of my head. Anyways, he used an IGR spray as well, along with Boric acid dust and we had to leave for 8 hours. We actually had to spend a night away but when we came back, there were hundreds of dead roaches on the floor - a very good sign. I messaged Fazee and he assured me that seeing roaches come out still was a good thing and that the spray should stop the reproduction cycle. About a week later, I had enough. I made a complaint to the property manager again and Fazee came back again. This time we had to spend 2 nights at a hotel. We came back and this time there wasn't as many dead. We waited a couple of days and then called them (twice) to ask what should we do about the dust and should we wipe it. Fazee eventually called me and he stated that we can wipe it off but he didn't use the spray this time because it would counter-act the first time he performed this treatment and assured me this should be enough. The photo I've posted is dated Sept 8 and the second treatment was on August 31, first treatment was Aug 18. There was no detailed information as to what to do post treatment, and the interaction with Fazee was less than friendly. I had even recommended our neighbour who received treatment as well (more business) and I find it a little disconcerting to see how terrible the customer service was. By the way, that picture is not the only one I have where multiple female cockroaches have produced eggs. Not very happy with the overall experience.

My problem with pests was two-fold. We had been hearing rats in our heating ducts and seeing them outside since late winter and in April we also discovered we had a bedbug infestation as well. The stress was enormous but when we called Pestend and two of their technicians, Naseer and Salman arrived, they immediately set my mind to rest. They quickly and efficiently set about making things right. Traps were set and rat stations placed outside. These were immediately effective and we heard the patter of little feet no more! The bedbugs were a little more difficult but results came very soon after their first visit as I ceased to be bitten daily and only had one or two more bites before it stopped completely. We phoned a large established pest company but they could not come to do a visual inspection for 10 days. Call the Boot five different places to get a bed bug inspection for my apartment. Most places didn't even answer the phone and if they did they weren't able to come right away or said they need to call me back which they didn't test and not only answer my call very friendly came within 2 hours perform all the work and luckily found no bed bugs. They were very clear with how the treatment options worked, I went with the heat treatment which was described as guaranteed to kill the eggs along with the bugs. He also included complimentary mattress and box spring covers that are repellent for bedbugs and as well as defenders for my bed frame. Stay away from them. Waste of time and money. Very rude technician too! We decided to go with this company because they presented us with an "affordable" estimate for a bed bug cleaning service. What we didn't know was that they try to get away with the minimum. Other companies follow a three layers protocol but NOT this one. They do either/or. Which according to them means that they do one or the other based on their judgement. So no protocol! We didn't receive before hand written instructions about how to prepare the house for the cleaning. During the first visit the technician pressured us to buy cases for the mattresses from his company. We continue having issues right after the first visit that we reported to the company but we wanted to be patient because there was a second visit scheduled. Despite the cleaning, steaming and diligent supervision, we continue having issues after the second visit that we again reported. We had to dust the baseboards again ourselves trying to solve the problem!!The technician came over and after a ridiculous quick inspection he decided that he couldn't see any activity. The owner promised us a last spray to put our concerns to rest which we appreciated but the same technician came and did only the master bedroom after yelling at me for 26 minutes for complaining to his company. AVoid them!! I saw some good reviews but some of them are NOT for bed bugs. Bed bugs require specialists and these guys are NOT. They try to talk you down and their answers contradict very well know information available online. Truly stay away!!!

Very effective service. They actually provided services during the warranty period also and cared about the wellness of our house. We took service and for the first three weeks we could see cockroaches coming out of their nests but after that as promised there were no cockroaches. I was dealing with a squirrel issue so called Pestend. They came and assessed how the squirrels were entering into my house. Cages were installed around each of the vents on the roof (their personal doorways into my house!). And there were 2 one-way doorways installed as well - so the squirrels that were in the house, could exit and not return in. I feel comfortable with declaring my experience with Pestend worked out well. I think that their customer service attitude is really great. It was not inexpensive to get and keep the squirrels out, but Pestend helped me do this, and hopefully I will not need them in the future:)

Praful helped me getting rid of the rodents in the house fast. He successfully located the point of entry, (which other companies failed to do), installed 3 outdoor poison traps and placed the indoor traps strategically around the house. If you do your due diligence and remove everything on the property that attracts the rodents in the first place, you will get the results in the matter of weeks. We rented a house for my daughter and since the first night she moved in she was getting bug bites. We paid $3,000.00 for the best treatment which was the heat treatment and it did not work. Pestend would not admit that their treatment did not work. They asked us to show them proof that my daughter was suffering from bug bites so we went to 2 doctors and a specialist who all said that she was suffering from bug bites. The company refused to do the treatment again or return our money so that we could hire a better company to do the job. We ended up having to leave the rented home and since my daughter is back home she has not gotten any more bites. Pestend asked us to show them proof of bugs by going to the premises and finding the bugs ourselves. I told them that is their job! This company is not to be trusted! Don't waste your money! They are incompetent and not professional!

Don't bother wasting your money. I contacted them during the summer. They came in a put a few gadgets to remove the mices but I also had rats. We paid for 2 services. For outside and inside. Till this day, I manually kill up to 3 rats on my own. Maybe their devices work but it didn't for me and my home. I have a 6 month warranty and I called back a few times, they would say someone will call.me back but no one has or did. Trust me when I say. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They have one method of getting rid of mice/rats and if that doesn't work, you're out of luck. Which is unfortunate because they are suppose to be "experts" in this field. They don't know what their doing. Save your money, get some manual traps and get rid of the rodents yourself or try a different company. Not this one.

This spring I started to notice sawdust on the roof of my car (parked in the garage) and by my front door. It was getting plentiful by both locations and I became concerned. I did some research online and believed I had either an ant or termite infestation. I contacted Pestend and made an appointment for the following day. Javaid arrived on a Saturday afternoon and did an inspection of the entire property including the inside of my garage and the soffit above my second floor balcony. He came to the conclusion I had carpenter ants. He sprayed the outside of my home and planted baits around the property. He even used a large syringe like tool and put baits in the many trees in my backyard. In the month or so since he was here, I have been finding a lot of dead ants on a daily basis. The baits he used have worked. The sawdust stopped appearing as soon as he did the treatment. The price was reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. I will call him back atleast once a year.

I called Pestend 6 months ago to take care of our mouse problem in the house and the basement. Our problem was completely gone after about 3-4 weeks. I left for a business trip, and came back to a wasp nest on the frame of my garage. Having 2 young children, I needed to get rid of it immediately. Googled hive removal and Pestend was one of the first ads to pop up (kudos to your SEO folks!). I emailed them and they got back to me promptly with some questions that they needed answered in order to provide a quote. They came back with what turned out to be the best of the 3 companies I contacted. Arranged to have them come by the same day (Saturday). Alex showed up on schedule and proceeded to get rid of the hive, and spray both sides of my garage. He also sprayed the garage of our immediate neighbour...at no extra charge! Our technician, Ramin, was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable about the issue. He did a thorough application of our house, and was fastidious and careful with everything (our bed is from the 70s and Ramin was able to place the treatment very carefully within all the sections of the furniture). We appreciated his dedication and attention to detail. After the first treatment we stopped getting bitten immediately! Pestend then sent Ramin for the second treatment a number of weeks later as per their procedure, and he gave us sound advice this time around too. Kami and Ayaz were the technicians that came out to inspect and remove what we believed to be a raccoon or squirrel in our attic. Kami was knowledgeable and was able to quickly find the openings and confirmed it was a raccoon that broke in instead of squirrel based on the size of the openings in the soffits. They installed the door and the animal came out the same night. We took Kami’s advice and installed the mesh cover over the vents on our roof. Unfortunately, the animal returned 2 x and made further openings in our soffits after the original holes were blocked off. Both technicians tried hard to meet our expectations. In particularly, Kami is very customer oriented and quickly arranged to return to repair the new openings in the first and second time when the animal returned. After the 2nd follow up visit, Kami called to check in to confirm that we didn’t have any further issue and offered to stay in touch until with us to address any further concerns we may have. Thanks Kami and Ayaz z for the extra efforts. Although Kami and Ayaz did remove the droppings from the attic for a fee at my insistence, I was disappointed that this was not part of Pestend normal services. Pestend should have offered this service albeit as an option for additional fee.

Wasp removal was unsuccessful, they were flying all over after the service was provided. Tried to claim the money back guarantee but was denied on ground they do not disclose on their website (at least not clearly). I ended up buying a sealer at Home Depot and a foam to kill wasps, worked much better and less expensive. Pestend: Not recommended, avoid. Update: the company responded to this review with a confusing message on whether the problem appeared last year or this year so I want to clarify. Last year after you came and then I reported that the wasp issue was not resolved, you responded by not abiding by the warranty terms on your website, saying that I had to pay as if you had done nothing to the place (basically not acknowledging the warranty you advertise). I reported the issue a few days after you came to provide the service and within the time range covered by the warranty.
