I called Nino's company in a panic on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago after trying to deal with mice in my kitchen for 2 weeks using kill traps and bait in black boxes. That Sunday morning I had had it! Nino was over by 3 pm with his technician. They set out both snap traps and bait in black boxes in many parts of the house, including the basement. Nino assured me the bait they use is much more appetizing to the mice than what I had bought at the hardware store. I don't know if Nino is a Mouse Whisperer or if his bait is really that delicious but since that Sunday I have seen no droppings or mice. Whatever he did, I am so glad I called GTA Exterminators. And he's followed up 3 x's with me by phone or text. He's now my mouse guy!

This is the second year that we have had a problem with mice in our home. GTA was the first service that went through our house and showed us where the mice were coming in and what we had to do in order to stop this from continuing. Professional and really knowledgable. Extremely nice. Be sure to follow the pre-procedures before he comes! It’s not just for their own work but to ensure the process actually works for extermination. I underestimated the time I needed for the pre-procedure of cleaning the kitchen out, but Jay was able to give me a lot of extra time without trouble. He came later in the day and did his thing. + A lot cheaper than I expected!

Instead of doing what most pest removal companies do to render a service to bill you some money. Nino looked at photos i had sent him of an infestation of carpenter ants on my sun room addition. He correctly recommended that I had some structural water damage issues that needed addressing to treat the infestation issue. And that I should first get a general contractor to assess the extent of the water damage and repair it. I followed his advise and it actually ended up saving me $350 in unnecessary pest treatement. As we were able to treat the root cause, instead of the symptom. We ended up not needing to spray. Thank you Nino for you integrity and offering the correct advise. We will call you next time we have a pest issue as you have proven trustworthy and reliable in your advise.

GTA Exterminators are very professional and know very well what they were doing. I had a severe bed bugs problem for over two months and I didn't know what to do. Finally I searched from google and found the address. I called them and they sent me video link how to prepare for the service. It wasn't easy to take out all the items from out small apartment but after hard work the GTA Exterminators came and did the first stage and after two weeks the second spray. The bed bugs appeared for about a week weak and finally disappeared once and for all. It has been a month now since we see a single bed bug and we are very happy.It is only those who are affected by bed bugs know what a terrible nuisance they are. We thank you very much GTA Exterminators for the professional work and for giving us a huge relief. Top of all, we didn't throw away our furniture or mattress, the price was reasonable and it is a fair service and worth it. We strongly recommend to any one who has similar problem. Jay was available to come the same day due to unexpected opening in his schedule. We had a roach infestation that came from food deliveries during Covid lockdown. Jay gave us instructions to prepare our kitchen by removing absolutely everything before his arrival. He was done in an hour and we saw the effects that same day. I have SO much anxiety when it comes to pests/exterminators. I've had terrible experiences in the past with ORKIN and cheap landlords. but omg GTA Exterminators were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and PASSIONATE about what they do. I've had ORKIN exterminators shoo me out of my own apartment once because they didn't want to hear my observations or answer my questions. Contacted Nino with a mouse problem in the kitchen. He came quickly and searched the house for a possible point of entry. He found a hole under the stove (which he filled) and removed kitchen baseboards to see where they were travelling. He also did a thorough inspection outside.
