Not impressed at all a guy came out to deal with trapped squirrels s he was very rude to the women that were trying to be nice to him he was dismissive ignorant and informed us that he didn't work for us and didn't have to deal with us very very unprofessional these women were very concerned about the squirrel who was a mother trying to save her babies and he just kept saying mind your own business who does this worker think he is absolutely no compassion for animals at all and he should never be working at this place

Probably the worst pest control company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. One employee, in particular, Rob, is probably among the least honest and accountable technicians around. We've had our apartment treated for roaches for over a year, and the infestation is still not even eradicated. Whenever a concern is raised, he immediately gets defensive, deflects responsibility, and blames you for not addressing something never raised as a concern. I also caught him recording me on his phone, without my consent while I was speaking to him about the lack of progress with the current treatment regimen. He was hoping I would reveal negligence on my part over the treatment preparation (which of course we've done properly) The BBB will be informed of this breach in client trust and will act accordingly. ASAP Pest Control may be a good company if you are fortunate enough to have a skilled and accountable technician. But if not, steer clear.

Incredible service from end to end, I highly recommend this company. My instance was wasp removal from my soffit near the garage. Candace provided me with great information and a great price over the phone and when the exterminator Rob showed up, he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. It’s been 2 days since the treatment and so far so good! With a 30 guarantee and service like this, don’t bother looking anywhere else. Thank you team!

For the first time ever, we had a pest problem with our home (racoon). It came highly recommended that we use ASAP from someone who uses them for commercial properties and were/are highly pleased with their service. Never having to engage a pest control company before this was new to us. Jamie was highly professional as was Rob and our problem was solved. The service was friendly, informative and effective. They followed-up to ensure all was well and dealt with and again, they were outstanding. If we ever require the service of a pest control company again, we will be return customers. If you are having a pest problem (residential or commercial) and want it done right, then look no further.

ASAP Pest Control is the best pest control service company my office has dealt with in years. They are right on time, go the extra mile and do a thorough check every time they are here. Their prices are very low compared to the very high quality of service they provide. Just today, the office had a bug that was unrecognizable. I took a picture of it with my phone and sent an email to Jamie and he called me right back to tell me what it was. I would recommend them to anyone for home and office.

I had a call with Jamie to discuss an issue regarding residential pest control. I had with bed bugs in my apartment complex. I simply called to ask some questions about bed bug removal and get a second opinion. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the risks and measures I can take to stay safe and prevent the pests from entering my unit. Even though my landlord was working with another company, ASAP Pest Control London Ontario provided more information than I could get from the company my landlord was working with, and even offered to do an inspection. He is very friendly and dealt with my concerns respectfully and armed me with the knowledge I needed to make sure I could deal with the issue. I recommend ASAP to anyone who needs help with Pest Control in London. He went above and beyond to help me and truly made a difference!

I was given ASAP's name by a friend. It was late in the day on the Wednesday before the long weekend. We were going camping with our new trailer on the Friday, but the trailer was infested with ants. I needed someone to come out and spray the trailer asap so we could use it in two days. The owner (Jamie) was awesome on the phone. He came out the next day at 8 am and sprayed not only the trailer, but also sprayed around our house for spiders. I was able to get back into the trailer after 4 hours, so the weekend was salvaged. Jamie is knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are amazing. We had a problem with ants that I had been trying to fix for months on my own and they handled it in less than an hour after I finally broke down and called them. They explained everything to me and what I was to expect after they left. They were conscious of the fact that I have two small kids and a dog and put to rest any concerns that were going through my head before I even had to ask them. I haven’t seen another ant in my house since. I’ll be calling again this spring.

Four years ago I was overrun with mice when my cat died, so in desperation went on line and found ASAP. I was so impressed with their services that I have them check things out every Fall. It has definitely solved my 'mouse attacks', and in the big picture, is much more economical than paying for cat food and vet bills. The ASAP staff are efficient, friendly and personable. I recommended ASAP to my Grandson in Komoka, who had a wasp problem, and they were equally thrilled with this company.

We contacted Asap with a minor bed bug problem that luckily we found fairly early. Jamie (the president) was extremely professional. He immediately consoled me and provided me with a ton of information. Rob the techinician was equally amazing. We didn’t for a second feel any sort of a judgement from these guys. This quite literally traumatized my family. I was clinically diagnosed with PTSD after not sleeping for a month straight and exhibiting other signs such as hypervigilence, chronic anxiety and paranoia. My husband ended up calling them for a third treatment after we found a straggler, and again Jamie and Rob were so compassionate and so very helpful. Saw one of the employees drinking and driving at 11 am November 10th 2019 on Oxford and Richmond. Veering all over the road and speeding. Almost crash 7 times in 4 blocks. Jamie was great to work with. If you are looking for a pest control expert who will explain what they're doing, why they're doing it, and really take the time to be thorough and ensure they've dealt with the problem then go with ASAP pest control.
