I phoned for some advice 8:00pm one evening. The gentleman was fantastic!!!! The problem was about ticks many miles from where I was, my grandchildren were visiting from Montreal staying in a very old original farm house. Great Company.

We had Terry come to our house to help us with a mouse problem we had. After coming in inspecting and baiting our house I asked about closing in the house. Terry was not helpful in regards to this. He said he would "look" around but didn't notice where they were getting. He left and didn't help at all with closing in the house. I then got ahold of him after a couple weeks and again asked him who could help us close in our house if he couldn't and he said "I dont know why you want to do this, if you still have a problem after 3 months I can come back for half the price". again I have little kids and was not satisfied with this, and it had been 2-3 weeks at this point and we were still hearing Mice and I was getting no help from him. And his work was supposed to be guaranteed and he would not come back to rebait the house. I called another company, and had them come out. They inspected the house, and found all the bait stations in places in my house that show NO mouse activity and explained that this is bad as it actually draws the pests FURTHER into your house. So basically Terry ripped me off, baited my house incorrectly and actually drew the mice into the living space. Thanks a lot. This cost me a couple hundred dollars, they didnt honour their warranty, and made my problem worse. I have now had to pay the other company to bait my house properly and close it in. Which they found the problem in less than 10minutes. I would never recommend this company to anyone who ACTUALLY wants to get rid of their problem. If you want to pay someone to incorrectly bait your house then go for it !!!! if I could give them less than 1 star I would. There are SO many better companies out there. Do NOT waste your money!!!

I used the service of Interior Pest Arrest first in September of 2017 when I saw couple of mice in my house. Terry responded quickly and very professionally and ever since I didn't have any problems of these nocturnal visitors until recently in November of 2020. Called Terry and he came the very next day and did what he had to do. I hope Terry's magic would work, like previously, for a long time. Thank you Terry.
