They told me I would be charged $100 to set traps and $70 to pick up the critter. I got a bill for $100 for the traps and $100 for the critter. They also said I would get a consult on if I needed to fix damage in my crawlspace that the critter caused. That never happened. BUT they did catch the critter.

While I was visiting family in a care home with my ten year old granddaughter. We were eating lunch on the front porch when the guy spraying POISON came up and sprayed less than TWO FEET FROM US! He gave us no warning to leave or anything! I was very upset to see such high disregard for safety. There's no bug poison you can safely eat! If I could I would give zero stars.

We had lots of issues with Spiders and Ants ... UPC treats once a month and no more! The ants have disappeared and I only see a spider now and then. They text me the night before with an appointment reminder and are very receptive to any concerns. You won't regret hiring them to control those pesky pesks ;)

I was shocked at the sticker price for taking care of a mole in my yard. Both my neighbor and I were charged $350 each when we were told that if we both went in on the service we'd get a discount. The workers arrived without enough traps. Said that there has been a lot of requests for this service. I still see two large holes in one area, but no traps were placed there. While they did get a mole on my neighbor's yard, they did not get a mole on mine. I'm not even sure how long the service is good for. Too expensive.

The technicians are great. The services are always efficient and worth the cost. However the office staff's attitude is lacking in customer service. The invoicing system seems antiquated and could use updating to meet customer needs and catch up with current technological advances. Overall a great company with valuable services.

The service technician was nice to work with but the rodent service got zero results and we were still stuck with a $500 bill. Not happy about the value for the cost. I recommend being very careful and specific about cost when looking at the business.

Ultimate Pest Control was the worst choice we could have made for our pest control needs. We used Home-advisor and was contacted by them first due to a rodent issue. They initially presented a wonderful option, made us feel like we were a priority, and even had us sign up for a bi-monthly service to take care of all other pest issues we may encounter. After about two weeks of follow through they stopped communicating with us. We signed up in mid-November and stopped hearing from them in December. I called and didn’t hear back. Then in January the rodent issue became much worse and we could hear them in our walls. I became more persistent in calling. Grant, the owner, once again put on his car salesman act and made me think it was all a misunderstanding and they would be out ASAP to address the problem. There continued to be minimal communication through the next 4(!) months. I called him again to say that we needed to hear from them more regularly to know if they were even coming out, and to know how bad the rodent situation was. During this conversation, Grant rudely put me on hold so that he would not have to hear any frustrations or complaints. Then he said he’d “talk with his guy” and make sure he was communicating better. By April I felt extremely frustrated and done with this company. I called Grant and told him that I want a partial refund (I’m okay being charged with a reasonable amount for the minimal work they did complete). He said he would refund the bi-monthly service that had not been used for the rest of the year ($170) and would look to see what would be fair in terms of additional refunds. He sent me a check two weeks later and refused to call me back on any other aspect of the refund (despite several calls on my end). I paid $755 and was only refunded $170. Still have a rodent issue in July. Was patient with the company for 6 months and gave them multiple opportunities to make things right. I now how to pay another pest company $500 to complete a project that Ultimate Pest Control failed to do. They are the WORST company. I would never trust them again.

Eric and his team cleared out bad insulation that had rodent droppings in my crawlspace and attic. He quoted me a reasonable quote, got me on the books within weeks, rather than month, and completed the work in a couple of days. Eric coordinated with SUB to get the work approved for a rebate and also fixed my dryer vent. Eric and his team were professional, a great value and the quality of work was exceptional. I will be recommending for future work and to friends and neighbors. Also the online and email communication was above and beyond, along with being easy to access and find the information I needed. Very professional!

exterminator had no knowledge of ant control. one fumigation under the house for 250 dollars will not rid ants long term. Also they would not give any maintenance costs over the phone. I went with a copy that quoted me over the phone without wasting my time and actually knew about ant control. I would not recommend this company

I called UPC about a fly problem at one of my rental properties. in their favor (which is why I give 2 stars instead of just 1), "grant" agreed to (and did) swing by the property to take a look at the problem (at no charge). after his visit he proposed to spray some pesticides to control the fly population, but I was concerned for 2 reasons: 1) this was the 2nd time that the problem occurred (each time in spring) and I was more interested in addressing the cause of the problem than in limiting or eradicating its manifestation; 2) I spent a lot of money on making the yard ecologically/environmentally sound and was concerned about the chemicals to be applied; so I emailed grant/UPC, asking for the MSDS's (materials safety data sheets) of the chemicals to be applied and for his take on keeping the problem from recurring every year. I did not hear back from him, and after 3 attempts I gave up.

Who calls out an hour after they were already suppose to be at work? I had to call them and they said that they’re technician (who was already suppose to be at my house) was still planning on trying to keep his appointments but was not feeling well so might call out. They said they would call me back in a while to let me know. Then they called me back to let me know that in fact, the technician would not be coming. I understand people get sick, especially with a pandemic going on, but couldn’t they have communicated that sooner instead of me having to contact them. And they made it sound like they expected me to be happy about the cancellation since they gave me a heads up when I called the first time, but do you really think someone who has an infestation of ants crawling everywhere (yes, toothbrushes included) is going to be happy that the ants are staying longer?

Our home was infested with ants and some wasps. After having a different company attempt to get rid of them, they returned in a week. We called Ultimate Pest Control and they did a fantastic and thorough job! Haven’t seen an ant or wasp since they were here. They were reasonably priced too. Highly recommend them!

I would recommend this company. They were willing to do what I wanted done instead of insisting on a contact, or major work. For the first time in years, we were free from all those bees that like to nest in the eves. They also sprayed outside for spiders and It worked. well. I think we killed only 3 or 4 in the house this last summer. We live in the country and it was so nice to be able to go outside without being attacked by insects.

They responded quickly to our need to get rid of bats. However, it took several tries for them to completely seal the house up after the eviction. They were always quick to respond to get the job done. We did not like the silicone they used to seal the house because you could not paint over it. However, the owner, was kind and helpful to resolve our bat issue.

Ultimate Pest Control has rid my house of ants and spiders. I had big black carpenter ants crawling on my floors, occasionally on the walls and even up in my attic amongst the insulation. Totally creepy and disgusting. Persistent and timely treatment and soon they were all gone. I am very pleased with Ultimate’s service. I would recommend using them for any pesty problem.

This review is regarding the services provided by the home energy and comfort solutions division of Ultimate Pest Control for the removal and reinstallation of the vapor barrier in my crawlspace that had been impacted by wildlife. In summary, the entire process with UPC was professional. The UPC inspector and bid estimator was prompt, performed his inspection in a timely manner, and discussed the possible options in a forthright manner. After approving the estimate, UPC scheduled the job quickly. The insulation specialists performing the job were also prompt. They spent time after arrival discussing the work they would perform with me and answering my questions. During the job, they kept me informed of their progress. After the job was done, they reviewed their work with me. They were courteous and informative. The new vapor barrier was professionally installed and they did a great job cleaning up the worksite. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future for other home energy related projects.

Just a great company to do business with - found them to be very responsive and helpful when responsive to my questions and offering recommendations about what to do next. Had problems with carpenter ants and didn't know who to turn to. Went on line and found UPC, gave them a call not knowing what to expect and they came through right away. The were at my house the very next day, assessed the problem and resolved it right away. So glad I found them. Then I hired them for for a years contract for monthly application , then went to quarterly and now I'm on a semi-annual application. If you've got a pest problem - you can't go wrong with them .
