I've used SWAT since 2012 and they took care of several problems at my previous residence. They even gave me a discount when they found termites in my second year of business with them. I was very happy and recommended the company to anyone who needed pest control services. I was especially impressed with my tech from ~2016, such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. But then I moved across town and the new tech was nothing like the last one. It just seemed like he didn't care. He also told me there was nothing he could do for my mouse problem. I called the office, because if this was accurate I would need to change companies, and they sent him back out a few days later with some other traps. He didn't come back after that. I'm on my second guy at the new address and he's not much better. On quarterly visits, neither of them would change my glue traps. Neither of them would spray my garage or basement unless asked. Neither of them were able to get rid of my pests. I even called once between my quarterly services, and they come out for free, but it didn't help. And now brown recluse have moved in. I cancelled my service, and they let me go pretty easily.

We called them in the beginning of July to take care of our mosquitos. We asked about spraying once to see how well it worked and they said that was fine. They came and sprayed and a few days later noticed they charged us for a full season of recurring treatments. Called back to have the rest refunded and they claimed “we don’t do one time service so we won’t refund you” so we thought okay whatever we’ll just go with it. It has made no difference in our yard since they sprayed the first time and we keep our yard well kept and it’s not very big. Called back and told them we want to cancel the remainder since we aren’t satisfied and they said it was our fault because we didn’t have them come out in March yet they never mentioned that when we originally called. So they treated our yard knowing that it wouldn’t work just to get our money. Terrible customer service and unfriendly. Even had the audacity to say “call us next year in March so it’ll work better”. Would not recommend.

Spoke with Brandon at SWAT and he assured me that they could take care of it by the deadline. I was happy with the service at first but since the first year I have had to call and have the house sprayed again. And I still have pest coming in the house. I don’t have them spray inside but in the past this wasn’t needed if the outside is done correctly. They are still better than action pest. Certain things I can’t stand seeing in my house. Centipedes is the one big thing and those big ants. Well any of them creeps me out. We live in a wooded lot so it has to be done well.

They fixed our problems even coming the second time to treat our ant problem at no charge. Shaun their service manager was top drawer and very straight forward and easy to deal with. I would give the 1st visit 5 stars the 2nd visit 1 star. The guy came in and I wasn't aware he was even at our complex till needed to spray. When he came in he barely sprayed my place. I was told after the 2nd trip they wouldn't be able to grow big or full size but they have been. It's quite upsetting to see them still after 4 months. I keep my place clean and wipe everything down. And yet I have still seen full sized bugs and it seems they are still breeding. Your guy who came in April barely sprayed. He didn't spray my kitchen my bathroom my kids room and barely my dining or living room and they have been seen in all the rooms. My last resort is to buy bombs and I can't keep my animals out of the house that long or have a safe place to put my dishes or plants long enough to use them. Please contact me and let me know what I can do to get rid of them since your guy couldn't get the job done completely.

We do both the pest and mosquito treatments. At first we had LOTS of spiders and creepy crawlies, but the first treatment cut them WAY down and by the third treatment they were totally gone. Same with the mosquitoes. At first we couldn’t set foot outside even in the middle of the day without getting eaten alive. The house was full of them and we would wake up in the morning with welts all over us where they had chewed on us while we slept. The mosquito treatments got rid of them to the point that we can even be outside after dark without getting bitten. Works so well that the neighbors started spraying for mosquitoes too! I like that you have one person doing the service. That way they know you and what your problems have been in the past, what products have been used and they are always available should you have some kind of flare up unexpectedly in between regular treatments. They let you know when they will come, are on time, and will let you know should there be a hold up somewhere. In three years there has only been one time that someone could not make it because they were sick. Very reliable, very good, always friendly and professional.

I have worked with swat past on multiple occasions and have been charged thousands for what competitors have done for less than 100 for the same service and the competitors yielded much better, much more empathetic service and results. I was charged $250 for an inspection and the competitor provided a free inspection and the first 3 treatments combined barely cost more than swat pests initial consultation. Id also add, the treatments I have had from swat past have had to be done multiple times and yeild less results. I would personally not refer any friend or family to swat pest unless all of their competitors suddenly went out of business. Shop a little before you agree to swat past fees and sub par service.
