Shawn did a great job. We did not realize that Springer goes into such detail when providing pest control. They literally addressed the house top to bottom by vacuuming spider webs in the basement and spraying along the wall top and bottom. While in the basement they added a couple small sticky box/traps for pests. They went up to the second level and dusted the attic with some type of powder to detour pests. On the outside they knocked down cobwebs and wasp nest and sprayed around all doors and windows. They power sprayed the perimeter of the house from along the foundation out into the landscaping. To finish they added a rodent trap and four in ground monitoring stations. What I like about them over the others is not only do they have a scheduled plan where they come back to refresh things but they will come right out if you have a problem and take care of it.

Justin Jones did a termite inspection for a real estate client of mine. He indicated there was no previous treatment of the property. Treatment was recommended and the cost to treat the property was over $2,200. We contracted with another termite company which quoted us $900 to do the job. When they went to do the job, they saw clear and obvious evidence of previous treatment. But at this point, the buyer had made up their mind so we had to continue with the treatment and it cost the seller $900, which they wouldn't have had to pay if Justin Jones would have saw the obvious prior treatment. To make matters worse, I've left messages for Justin Jones twice and he has yet to call me back.

We got a new person Chad he is great are old person would not do what we ask he said he did all he needed. Chad moved are stove because seen a couple bugs. He also vacuum the mouse dropping. Check all traps outside sprayed around widows. The old guy hasn't done anything of that in months all he did was put glue traps out in about 5 month. Had to beg him to spray for the bed bug problem. He just wanted then to reheat are house. Only have seen 2 bed bugs sense heat treated

Danny (such a polite, customer-focused young man) came out today for our first cleaning - and I can't even believe they are the same carpets! We are part of the quarterly maintenance program and our carpets look great! We get the same polite and professional tech everytime, scheduling is a breeze and the price is very reasonable. They were even able to repair damage our cat did scratching at the carpet. I don't plan on changing anything for a very long time! Edit: Since I already left a review, I couldn't add another but they are here today. I called yesterday at 4:30 because my foster cat had pooped on the carpet. As if that wasn't bad enough, my dog decided to roll in it making the entire area a hazmat situation. They came at 8:30am to clean it. As they were leaving and had packed up the van, my dog puked in the bedroom. They were kind enough to get out of the van, pull everything out again and clean the puke. I LOVE THESE GUYS! Worth every penny!

I was very, very happy with the results. This rug which I bought at an Iranian import/export shop in 1974 had sustained brown stains due to smoking. The stains were gone. And, because the process took longer than expected Springer took off 20% of my bill. Springer will be the first I call if I have a cleaning job I want done.

We have had the worse customer service from this company than you could imagine. The only company that I've found with worse is samsung on warranty issues. We talked to someone thought ok we'll use them. Then we couldn't get anyone to respond after that. When we finally get hold of people we're given completely different information than we were when we set everything up. So now, we talk to a third person and get a different set of answers. We talked to 6 different people and kept getting different answers to the exact same questions. They also show up 30-45 minutes late for appointments continuously. When the year long contract comes up we will NOT renew and will find someone else.
