We had a problem with squirrels in the attic and these guys were great. The wildlife specialist came the next day, explained the different options and even sent us photos of the hole chewed into our roof. He installed a one-way door in the opening the squirrels had chewed into the roof so they could leave and not come back. I can't believe I put up with this for so long before calling.

We observed birds going in and out of that a broken soffit area. Based on reveiws and for supporting local business I contacted alex to look into our problem. Alex was quick to respond, cordial and prompt in sending somone to look into our house problem. However, the guys were from a different company and were not aware of the conversation I had with Alex. I was hoping alex or someone from pest control milton supported us with our problem since I chose them and not the other company. As for the problem, we were informed that it could rather be a racoon problem than a bird problem. We are not experts so we went with the expert opinion. No racoon babies or mother racoon was found but a 1 way door was installed and we were asked to hear carefully for sounds and find out if racoon babies are there or not. This actually did not leave us very confident about problem resolution. Some google articles suggested that if racoon babies are indeed in the attic and a 1 way door is installed then the babies would die and mother racoon can cause significant damage to the property. We were lucky that on second inspection after 14+ days, no racoon babies were found in the attic. The 1 way door was removed and the broken soffit area was secured. They came the same day we called them for the second visit.
