We have been so pleased with the service from Northwest Exterminating over the past 3 years. We have lots of scorpions, centipedes, cockroaches, spiders and various other little bugs that would love to come inside our home. They do a great job and are very thorough with their spraying. When we started using their service 3 years ago there would occasionally be a pest that would still make it inside, sometimes alive sometimes dead on arrival from the spray. Whenever we'd have this happen, I would call Northwest and they would promptly send out a tech for a quick touch up spray at the sites we saw the intruders. Though happily we haven't had that happen in a long time now with their continued quarterly service. Would definitely recommend!

OVER & ABOVE - Michael, with Northwest Exterminating, came to our home on Monday, April 22, 2019 for our Quarterly service. The office called ahead for an appointment. Michael does a thorough job each visit. On this particular visit he went out of his way to show true care for his customer. My husband had started to mow the yard prior to his arrival n the belt got stuck n then was flopping. My father n husband could not fix n we were going to have to load in trailer n return to repair job. Michael saw my husband’s distress, we were his last appointment of the day, so he gave of his personal time and got it fixed n my husband was able to finish mowing the yard n no trip to repair shop. My husband had a stroke at 59 yrs of age 10 years ago n previously he would have been able to fix now it is impossible for him n very frustrating. Michael recognized this frustration n acted as a friend an lended a hand. I so appreciate his care n time! If was a true bright spot in a frustrating day. If you’re looking for professional, persistence, and high quality technicians to help you on rodents issue, bee removal, or landscaping, northwest exterminator is your guy. Yup, they are that good. When we hired them to remove the bee hive in our front porch, they took care of it within an hour or so and to these days we don’t have anymore bee issue. We are currently having them to help us to remove rodents In the attic and screen the mouse entry points. The technician team is very professional and friendly. Just ask for Justin to take care of rodents issue for you. He is super good! Their pricing is very reasonal and the most important part is they are very persistent and won’t give up until the problem resolved. We will hire them in a heartbeat. Totally recommend to hire them. I have been with Northwest Exterminating with an annual termite warranty for many years and have been a long time customer. This warranty been fine as long as there is no activity of termites found inside the home. Their response time for a long time customer when termite tubes are coming out of the walls and floors is non responsive. I am glad my warranty coverage will end soon. I will never do business with Northwest Exterminating again and have to deal with their horrible customer service.

I had a moisture barrier installed in my crawlspace by Northwest this week, and I couldn’t be happier with the hard work put in by techs Rey and Raymond. They went the extra mile, especially since the previous owner of my home had left a ton of debris and parts of an old HVAC unit under the house. They reconnected two A/C ducts that had come apart, so the crawlspace was being air-conditioned! Rey also spotted a small leak coming from one of our bathroom drains and notified us so we could have it checked. Now the crawlspace is clean, dry, and protected. Ray and Raymond are the most wonderful technicians! Our house was crazy infested with mice. They had to spend two days up in our attic removing all the old insulation and then the next day filling it with all new insulation. A mouse was stuck to a glue trap and it upset me and Raymond told me how to remove the mouse without hurting him and I appreciated it greatly. We were worried about the insulation being in the air because insulation is dangerous but they taught us that they use insulation that is recycled material and doesn’t have fiberglass in it. Their machine that sprays the insulation got overheated and they had to spend a long time trying to cool it down and then they were back to work. They are very hard workers and never complained once and were very nice to us and professional and informative. I appreciate them so much!!! Seriously the best people to deal with a horrible problem.

Approximately 3 years ago Northwest Exterminating was sitting in front of my house when I arrived home from work. That year we had small ants in our bathroom. I walked over to the man sitting in the Northwest Exterminating truck and asked him about it. He said I needed to put Termite traps around my house and he would spray the inside and outside of the house. I asked what it was cost. It was about 600 dollars. I said okay sure go ahead and do it and I will pay it in full and I did not want a contract. He said sure no problem. I paid them in full after the install of the traps and spraying was complete. The sales person and installer were extremely nice. The installer did hit an electrical line when using an auger to install my termite traps and I told him its okay I'll fix it. That cost me nearly 900 dollars. I should have had them fix it but no big deal. It is what it is. The problem I have is Northwest proceeded to charge my bank card a monthly fee. Immediately I questioned it and explained I paid for the service up front and did not want a contract. They apologized and said they would fix it. Then I started getting bills in the mail. I once again disputed the billing very politely and the person I spoke to on the phone became agitated that I didn't want monthly service and shortly thereafter hung up on me because I wouldn't buy the monthly service. Nearly two years late I get a collection notice from Northwest. I called the credit office of the contact person on the notice and again explained I did not sign up for a monthly service and I paid for a one time install and service. The lady I spoke was extremely nice. She researched it and called me back to inform me they would take care of it. Today, a man from Northwest Extermination shows up at my from door and says, "Mr Harris we just want to confirm you don't want to continue your service." I once again explain the situation at which point he tells me, okay we are going to remove all the traps around your house. I politely said sure no problem, take them all out... Now I am sitting here watching this guy on my 16 camera home video surveillance system dig up my landscaping around my house removing these 3 year old traps. I am dumbfounded. Not a good company in my experience. By the way, the ants never went away. I had to go to Lowes and get bug spray and sticky traps to get the tiny ants out of my bathroom.

My mom's house had an issue with a bee hive that was contained to a little decorative birdhouse in her tree. They didn't come out as promised, claiming they couldn't find the address, however, they didn't call to get additional directions. I called the next day and they told me they would be out as soon as possible. Bees were removed as promised, along with the birdhouse. Then they charged me $25.00 more than they quoted. I called for explanation and basically they said that they CSR that took the call told me if they have to remove the hive it was $25.00 for every 15 minutes. I told them that the CSR didn't tell me that. They told me that the supervisor would listen to the recording of the call and get back to me. Well no return call. Be careful when you use these people; watch your bill and make sure they come out as promised. Will not use them again.

I'm pleased with Northwest Exterminating. The guys are always professional as well as friendly. They are also reasonably priced in my opinion. Free inspection, $149 for the initial treatment and then $89 every quarter. To me that is worth it because I had a mouse problem in my attic & they setup traps up there. Luckily there was no mice damage, just mouse tunnels. But the products they use work. And they don't smell like harsh, toxic chemicals, either. Not only did they treat for mice in my attic, they also treated the inside and outside of my town home. And he was here for a good hour. I'd say these guys are pretty thorough

Called them 2 or 3 times for a rat problem. Each time within months the rats came back and finally they just said they have nothing they can do. Waste of a lot of money and time with absolutely no help. They just took a ton of money and did nothing. Call literally anyone else. My home has open space on two of my three sides and it includes the Big Wash below. I have lived here since 2004 and knowing Pack Rats were inside my addict I would set traps from time to time however it was time to clean the whole Rat Pack out of my home and property. Northwest sent out a Certified Exterminating Inspector and survey the entire area and addict and prepared a contract. The schedule of work was very well planned and they clean the addict sealed all area where any entrance to the house could be made. They went to the outer area in the open space and completely cleared four areas where pack rats were nested and the area of each was totally leveled. This whole project entailed different specialist for Northwest and they worked extremely hard and knew what had to be done. This whole project took many days and there was follow up when the job was completed. I was Very Impressed with Northwest Extermination and very happy with the way they handled this project.

I was a long time customer until I complained and they just blew me off. Paid for many years of Centricon Termite monitoring then I notice I have lots of termites. Their tech walked by the 3 areas for over a year and never said a word. When I complained they blew me off, made 2 appointments to see what we could do and never showed for either one. I think you will be happier with a smaller company that actually values your business. They have gotten to be too big !

3 days ago I had this company to my property for bee removal. Today, the bees were still there. The only way their 30 day contract is good is if you agree to spend much more with them to have them tear into your house looking for honeycomb. .If there is honeycomb their warranty is useless. Have you ever heard of a hive without honeycomb? Buyers beware!

Yes this is Jerry Johnson we have three texts come out to my house to put in stations for termites the the same night we got up we had no power to our outside landscape light and I had called the next day to see if they can fix it which they also broke my water line to my irrigation system so they came out the next day with the same with one of the same Tech and a supervisor so they were going to fix my irrigation system which they didn't have the equipment to do my husband have to supply them with the supplies from our own closet and they also told my husband they said to prove that they had cut at electrical line in our front yard but they told us to prove it so I called Carl the supervisor and he was a little snotty with me so I called him and he told me to hire an electrician to find the problem and to prove that they had did it so they can reimburse us well my husband was so upset at them I had called called and explained to him not to come out we did hire an electrician we took out our front landscape light so I'm just giving some information I just don't like the way they told us to prove it will they did it so anyways I'm just giving my two cents thank you

Customer Service from management and technicians was really poor and these people are literally crooks and dishonest. I would personally would never use them if I had a choice, but unfortunately my apartment complex attempts to force them on tenants who then get stuck paying because both the exterminating company and the complex work in cahoots.

The representatives from Northwest Exterminating are always courteous and professional and always keep appointments timely. Peter and David performed the perimeter barrier treatment. They were efficient, professional and did a fantastic job! Before that, Miguel performed the annual overall inspection. Then explained the service/warranty work that we would need. Also discussed the cost and benefits of having the perimeter treatment done. No pressure or arm-twisting sales tactics, just the facts, which I appreciate. Was nice that NWE offered promotional pricing this summer. That was part of the reason we went ahead with the treatment. Thanks to all at Team NWE.
