I met Fred in Jasper and found out that he did pest control. I had recently bought a house there and needed pest control as the house had been vacant for some time. Fred came right out and spent a lot of time with me reviewing my situation. I signed a control agreement and he did his first service. I had additional problems because the house had been vacant and he came right back out to do a fogging in the basement and also some rodent control. Very honest, trustworthy and personable. I would recommend Faith Pest Control to anyone who needs pest control service.

This company does what it says will do for a very fair price. At 2:12 pm I called to explain that no one showed up at the scheduled time of 11:00 am ( and despite the email from them saying the job was “completed”). I was told that they would find out what the problem was and then would call me back. No call back occurred. At 4:46 pm I called again to see what the problem was. I was again told that they would find out the problem and call me back. As of 9:10 pm still no call back and still no explanation as to why I had to sit around all day for their no show and the false representation that the job was ‘“completed “.
