i hired these people to address a rat/mice issue we were having at our lakehouse at Sam Rayburn. They told me that put out bait but did not inform me that the put it in plastic bags in the corners of the bedrooms. it is very apparent that we have animals and small children and they did not even take precautions at all. the packets were literally thrown in the corners of a bedroom. our 7 week old puppy just got in to one of the packages.....and we are on our way to vet emergency clinic. i went in to other rooms looking for them and found several others just laying on the ground.

Paid for spray for roaches . Not one dead roach. Then they over charged my husband for service not rendered. I'm pretty sure they didn't even spray my house .
