This is how you run a business!!! Woke up to a bat in my bathroom a few days ago! (YUCK!) The next day found another one hanging from our window shade in the upstairs family room. (Double yuck!) We do live in the country, but this was my first bat-encounter and to say I freaked out would be putting it lightly. I called other pest control companies and got no response or they said they didn't deal with bats. I found Complete Wildlife Control on google and noticed "bat control" on their site, so I called on a Sunday. Mike (the owner) called me back within a few hours (on a weekend!) & promised to send someone out the next evening. By 4p.m. "Nick" showed up at my door. He was not only one of the nicest men I've ever met, but he was more than happy to listen to my story of how flipped out I was that bats were inside our home. He calmed my nerves going up into both of our attics, on the roof and he left no stone un-turned. He explained how he thought the bats were getting in and assured us he would come back and take care of the problem. He didn't really have an opening for a week out, but when he saw my worried face he squeezed us in a few days later. Nick came out yesterday as promised, placed exit tubes on the roof for any remaining creatures in the attic, and he sealed the roof peek neatly and securely. He was totally professional. He said if a bat happens to get in again while we wait the 2 week period for getting them all out through the tube set-up...I can call and he will come out to remove it. As well as anytime after that! (YAY)The cost was around $900 for our situation, but that comes with a 2 yr. warranty, bat control in the meantime and peace of mind that I won't walk into a room and be startled by a bat hanging from the wall. I cannot thank Complete Wildlife Control enough! We will definitely be extending our warranty with them over the years! Great service and these guys know what they're doing. :)

Howdy, I have been using Mike's Company called Complete wildlife Control LLC on over the years since 2007. Way back then the first time Mike caught two of them varmints tearing up my yard. Then Mike came back around 2012 but didn't have any luck with that one. Last fall of 2020 a mole had a raceway alongside my property fence. Mike set a trap late that afternoon and by morning that mole was dead in the trap. Out of the sky blue no signs of any moles and then bam I got one in early June this year tearing up my flower garden. That varmint made a mess of things in ten day. He was sneaky and was hard to catch. On day 11 that night he tore up more garden but tripped one trap that night. It has been 13 days now since that trap was tripped. Mike didn't catch him in the trap but there has been no more signs of a mole working. My thoughts are the mole sprung the trap got injured enough that it killed him.

Mike listened to my concerns and sent Nick over the same day! Nick did a thorough inspection and thankfully no bats! Nick sealed up some potential entry points and totally set my mind at ease. Highly recommend!!

Let me add skunk removal to the list. We had pretty Petunia trapped in a window well, but Complete Wildlife Control helped me stay calm and removed the skunk with no spraying - thank goodness! Very prompt, very professional and very affordable compared to other pest removal companies!

I was able to get next day service and arrived within the timeframe stated. The service technician was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He had his truck loaded and ready to leave, when I said, “Oh, by the way, I meant to have you check the gutter for a bird nest.” He just unloaded the ladder, did the task, loaded it back up and never made me feel I had inconvenienced him, though I know I did. Would highly recommend his company.

My messages requested that I wanted someone from Complete Wildlife to come to my home to help me get rid of pests. I don't understand why a company doesn't want my business when I am seeking them out. I guess they don't need the business. *** Response to owner The company did respond after my post and wanted to make it right. They scheduled an appointment right away and apologized for not contacting me. I appreciate their calling me back and wanting to make things right.

We had squirrels living in the eaves of our home, and my bedroom is the only one upstairs. Thus, I was consistently losing sleep because of their squirrel antics. We contacted these guys, and couldn't be more pleased. They were polite, direct and incredibly honest, and were more thorough than we could have asked for. The dude was quieter than the squirrels were while on the roof. We were given an initial quote, were never bothered for money or anything else, and received an invoice when the problem was rectified. The invoice was true to quote, no surprises. Would highly recommend over other "comparable" local services, as we shopped around and these guys came in spades above the rest in reviews, communication and service.
