****update: Called Monday (July 19th), per manager request, around 11:30 and left a voicemail thinking they were probably on lunch. It’s now Thursday and haven’t had a call back yet. I will try again next week.****We used this service for a year. Followed everything they said to a T. The issue came off and on throughout the year, but the last couple of months it seemed it finally went away. A month after services ended the problem came back. The tech, I guess you’d call them, was extremely sweet and professional. But they did not get rid of the problem. VERY unsatisfied and a complete waste of $1200. I now have to get a new exterminator for something that was supposed to be taken care of.
