Todd of Nature's Way came and inspected our raccoon problem and was quickly able to confirm the issue and found the spots our neighborhoood racooon got in the roof. Not only that but he explained how it was first squirrels and that the raccoons were our second guests based on the evidence. This really helped us have confidence in his knowledge because we hadn't told him about the prior visitors, he knew right away from the evidence they had left and explained how he knew which was really appreciated. Another thing I really appreciated, and I strongly recommend you get this additional service, is that he future proofs your house so that the problem doesn't come back. In other words in addition to removing the problem and fixing how the animal came in, he goes around your house and roof and makes sure there is no other way for the animal to come back. This is actually more involved then it appears and long term it's MUCH more cost effective. It's amazing the different ways they can come back. They also guarantee that the proofing they do lasts for up to 3 years. Since he's come we have had absolutely no further issues with racoons, squirrels, or any other critters in our roof. I would definitely recommend them, and in fact I already did at least once and they also had the same positive experience I did. Great job Nature's Way!

We woke up at 4:30 AM to a bat flying around our bedroom and Todd was the first one to respond to my message. He came quickly, was clear about the job, and humanely got the poor little guy out safe before 9 AM. Very reasonable price, as well. I highly recommend!

We had a raccoon in our attic and we had a great experience with Nature's Way after getting a few other quotes. The price was very reasonable and they were very fast, efficient and respectful of the animal & also distancing (during covid). He came and gave a quote and started the procedure right away which was a big relief. The raccoon came back once and couldn't get in and hasn't been back since!

I called a bunch of places around Ottawa to check out my balcony as I was almost sure that bats were coming around and leaving little presents. Nature’s Way is the only place that returned my call in a timely manner. They listened to my concern and booked a technician just two days later. Trevor the technician was fantastic he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the available options. He really took the time to inspect (at no cost) inform me and just work with me on the issue. I’m happy with the service and attention he gave.

Trevor from Nature's Way helped me humanely relocate a mother raccoon and her babies from my attic. He was clearly an expert, working very calmly and adapting the removal strategy as needed as the situation evolved. He gave me solid and fair advice on which steps were needed and which were not, and was very patient and generous in answering my questions and helping me to feel comfortable with the process. I contacted Nature’s Way with a slightly unique issue; my indoor cat had escaped and gotten herself trapped in a small, long crevice (6 inches high and 8 feet deep) below my second floor deck where she had been hiding for 12+ hours. Within the hour of my call to Nature’s Way, Todd had come by the apartment with his tools to help solve the problem. Todd was incredibly friendly, skilled, and professional, and I had my cat back within 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend Nature’s Way to anyone with residential animal/wildlife control needs in the city!

Called and got to speak to Todd - He was professional throughout and explained the process of having someone come over, do an inspection and make recommendations. Booked an appointment for the next day itself. Shawn, the technician, came right on time and was very courteous from the beginning. Quick and knowledgeable response, Sean helped us get rid of a family of squirrels who had moved into our soffits/attic. He came to inspect, provided a quote, set up a one-way door and within a week they had all moved out. He came back to remove the door and seal the hole. Highly recommend.
