The poison used by your company was only feeding the mice. 6 weeks and $400 later the mice dropping was green indicating that they were eating the bait but did not die! Only my $2 mouse trap from Home Depot worked great and we got rid of the mice for good. Save your money and install cheap regular mouse traps with a bit of peanut butter.

The owner came on the last spray and asked me to change my review and rating of business,so it didnt look bad on his business, also if you cancel and try to reschedule you get put down,and asked why you dont want that day and that it's the obligation of tenant to have second spray,& how could I not take the time to let them in and a rep for them which I'm not going to mention her name is constantly calling me and being rude as I'm in a cardiologist appoint,telling me what I should and shouldn't do,plus I'm moving so I said they then can call management & this women go ride with me causing a argument at the cardiologist and everyone heard how rude she was making me feel like it was my fault and making me feel bad! I will never recommend this company or ppl,as they are rude & make you feel like it's your fault if you have to reschedule and it literally made a person with disabilities cry( myself) & I will not change my review or rating,I'm allowed to have my opinion!

I trust that company because they had a good review. They came to my restaurant and used poison mouse devices. Health inspector Came and give me warning letter and talked with that company because she said no one allow to use poison in the kitchen and food storage . I called them and asked why you did poison in my store ? they said this is just important for some inspector and most of them doesn't say any things about that ?! They came and remove all of that poison device . I want to follow that one with health department and I want to say to every one , please check and do some research before giving job to some company , because I think some times making money for some small businesses is getting more important than people health and quality .

Called in regards to Racoons didn't go with their service but both the receptionist and person who called me back wasn't very friendly. That's ok however while doing my research most pest control company does not charge for Initial visit they charge $130 dollars. I was given 3 options which I am ok with even though it sounded expensive the problem I had was there wasn't any confidence in the caller that assured me the issue would be delt with. Called few other places and went with a company that was more friendly and confident in their approach. Just a warning for people who reads only the positive reviews.

This is the 2nd year we used Pest Detective to proactively control the ant issues we have on our residential property in The tri-city area. John, the exterminator took time to ask the important questions in assessing where the problem areas were located. He alleviated any safety concerns I had. John was diligent and considerate. He had the foresight to ask whether we intended to plant food in our garden prior to his application. He identified other food source for the ants and applied his solution accordingly. Last year, Pest Detective honored their guaranteed for a free touch up after the first application. The same guarantee was again included in this year's application. Who ever the driver is for truck with the plate LW1286 on February 2nd 2018 is a nut job, cuts me off to get around a bus/truck and then proceeds to tailgate me all the way down Mariner Way. Definitely wouldnt want someone like that in my household or property. Don't know what kinda people this company hires but to drive like that in a company vehicle definitely doesn't look good to the people around.

I have a cautionary tale regarding Tri-Cities Pest Detective. What I have learned is that when it comes to wildlife - in my case raccoons - Pest Detective technicians lack the necessary knowledge to effectively and humanely solve the problem. I paid Pest Detective $ 360.00 to unsuccessfuly get rid of raccoons. Now I have a wildlife expert, Dan McDonald from Summit Wildlife, taking 3 baby raccoons out of the chimney after Pest Detective gave up on the situation. Here is my story: July 3: John arrives. Friendly but needed encouragement to inspect roof and did not look in the chimney even after I stated we thought the raccoons might be in there. Not possible was his response. John leaves a trap. July 5: Trap raccoon. Out comes Jason. He relocates the raccoon stating it is a male. This will keep his from coming back. My roof was according to Jason a roost for the male raccoon. Does not check the chimney. He is assured based on his experience and John's report that there could not be any raccoons in chimney. July 8: Jason back out because we have heard noises from chimney. Yes, there are babies. He sees them and takes pictures. Oops!! That male on Wednesday was really the mother. Without her, removing the babies is near impossible!!! We put down coyote scent in hope of scaring them up and a rope ( our rope ) to help them climb out. July 9: Quitet no cooing. We are hoping that the babies have climbed out. July 10: Cooing in evening. July 11: Cooing. Phone Jamie at Pest Detectives. He and Jason are interested in selling up caps for the chimney so the problem does not reoccur but offer no help. Call Critter Care who saves mammals and tell them the story to date. Get Dan McDonald's number. July 12: After an hour of working Dan got out ---- ALIVE----- 3 babies. Being transported to Critter Care. Moral of story: Get the right people to do the job. Friendly, charming, and punctual are of little help when dealing with wildlife. Very professional company. Had issues with Indian meal moths in my condo unit. The technician arrived on time (earlier than on time as I was having lunch), explained the whole process and what could have been the issue and told us what to expect. The technician went through the unit in the time he said it would take and took care to text/call to let me know the outcome. We have not seen any issues since. Edit: The owner was very adamant about making amends and it shows he cares a lot about his business. To that end, I'm updating this from 1 to 3 stars. That being said, the technician that came was very adamant about a chemical treatment rather than finding the point of entry for the bugs. It wouldn't be a permanent solution in my situation. Original review: Have a fly infestation in my home. Was referred to these guys by another company. A technician came and proceeded to give a insect biology lesson but could not diagnose the source or location of infestation. Was charged $150 for the visit and left in 15 minutes with no solution. When pressed about whether or not they have a solution, he was snappy and left without a firm response. Will not hire again.

Great service. Easily make our appointments. Service technicians are honest, efficient and informative. We have a service to spray for ants every year. They have helped us with a rodent issue. Which was very helpful. And they keep an update file with our service history. I highly recommend the Pest Detective.

THE BEST!! No insects since I started using Pest Detective! I can't speak highly enuf of my experience(s) with Pest Detective. Given that I have a (slight :) phobia of spiders, and suddenly found 3 in my brand new home one day, I quickly researched Pest Detective, and I was so glad that I did. They were awesome. Not only did they apply the control agent inside and out, their technician also spent quite a bit of time explaining how and why spiders might be getting in - & how to keep them out. After the first treatment, I did not see ONE spider in my home thereafter, and have arranged for Pest Detective to come out quarterly for exterior treatments. Jason, the technician who has worked with me from Day One, continues to re-assess my home and make suggestions. This business is professional and conscientious, and I recommend them highly. (Still have not seen ANY insects, and I back onto a green belt!)
