So glad I called Ryan! I had rats in my crawl space and like so many other homeowners I thought I could easily catch these stinkers myself. Peanut butter and a snap trap right? Wrong. I tried different bait, different traps, different spots and all I ended up doing was feeding rats for a few weeks!! As soon as I called Ryan and his team they were able to come by immediately, scope out the property and not only did they deal with the rats, but they came back and gave us a preemptive game plan to identify and seal possible entry points so that we don’t have this pain in the rear situation happen again. Couldn’t be happier with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone!

They do not honour warranties! Honestly, the service/technician was not bad. However, they were not informative at all. They did not tell me what I know now, which is pavement ants tend to have multiple nests and queens and require multiple sprays a year. They told me that they would come back within 90 days to respray if ants return and I sent the email that I have shown as well as called twice and never got a call back. The ants disappeared so I left it. I called again today to get a spray for the year and asked if they could honour the last spray that I should I have received complimentary and that I would buy a whole package for the whole year to do multiple sprays. The problem is their customer service. Not only do they not check their emails and are not informative or even friendly, they refused to honour the spray that they promised because they couldn’t find my email. I said I had a copy I could show them but nope. They said no. How ridiculous. What kind of business doesn’t honour a warranty? A shady one!

Great service, Ryan was really helpful in explaining our ant problem which had been going on for a solid month. I tried every type of ant control product I could find in the stores but nothing seems to work. After the first spraying inside and outside, we noticed immediate results. Bit pricy but absolutely worth it considering how much you'd pay in damages if left unchecked.

Ryan called 20 minutes before he arrived - and arrived right on time. He explained everything to my wife and I and was very patient with our questions. When the job was completed - we didn’t seen an ant anywhere! We would definitely use them again - if needed, and we would have no problem referring them to anyone who has a pest problem. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Pest Detective! No one wants to be having to call pest control in the first place and I was so impressed by the professionalism and expertise we experienced right from our first phone call. Ryan came in and gave the most expert advice that we had been given and answered my questions in such a professional and expert way. We have dealt with other pest control companies in the past and Pest Detective is by far the best. Don’t let his young appearance throw you off- he really is an expert. I highly highly recommend this company!
